Placed an order online, got a confirmation, and then… nothing. No shipping updates, no replies to multiple emails. After weeks of silence, I requested a refund and still didn’t hear back. I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs.

These people are super awesome, kind and prompt with their replies. I needed a new reinforcement bar and instrument cluster for my 1991 Chrysler le baron, and they had just what I needed! Seriously couldn’t be more happy, as I wasn’t able to find the these two parts for my car ANYWHERE else on eBay or online. Also super quick delivery! So truly thank you guys!

Never got the part I ordered it, it was misdelivered/lost, usps send proof of this and this company failed to take car of the matter, I reach out to them 2 days after I notice is was not delivered to me they, ignored my request, basically saying that’s not their problem. They was the one that choose the carrier not me. Very very poor customer service, I’m out on my money and item. I guess they needed the money more than me… DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, very very shady. For all I know the package went back to them and they kept item and my money, stay alert buyers

Sold me faulty item said if I left positive feedback they would refund me they now won't reply to messages won't refund me I would not recommend and would never purchase from them again

They don't have much of an online presence, but I highly recommend Green Garden Auto Parts. I had a great experience with them getting some seats replaced on my hatchback, excellent and attentive customer service. I initially found out about them via Ebay, but with shipping/freight costs it made more sense for me to drive to the location. Once there, they cleaned and even installed the seats in my vehicle! I needed a new mirror cover for my sun visor, and the owner gave me a spare one for free. 5 star experience!
