Listen to me. You want to give this man your business. Competitive pricing, kind, flexible, and so generous. He made my experience flawless, and I had the best time chatting with him! He also has a cozy waiting area complete with TV (you can pick the channel!), waters, and super comfy chairs. I highly recommend this man as a human, let alone as a business owner.

Auto Glass Ortiz will always be my family’s go-to shop for auto-glass repairs/replacements for as long as we’re in Lake County. Ramon is consistently responsive, kind, and honest. He provides excellent service at a reasonable price. I’ve used his shop for repairs in the past, but most recently my vehicle was vandalized and needed a window replaced ASAP. Ramon responded to my request for a quote right away despite it being a weekend, and the window was ordered and fully replaced in less than two business days. If you want honest, reliable service and want to support a great local business then go to this shop.

I would just like to say how much I appreciate Ramon from Auto Glass Ortiz. I had to get my windshield replaced and he was in contact with me the whole time from letting me know when he ordered the part all the way to when it arrived at the shop. I previously had my back window busted out and unfortunately had that replaced at another shop in lake county (Big Mistake)as that shop dented my car and scratched it in multiple areas replacing the window. Ramon at Auto Glass Ortiz did an amazing job on my windshield and I really can’t thank him enough! I will definitely never go anywhere else in this county unless it’s him. If I could give him a higher review than 5 star I would! Thank you again Ramon for everything! 🙂

Mr. Ortiz’s shop is an amazing place! Very humble, professional, knowledgeable, fair priced, welcoming place. All my repairs were better than new. Most recent visit was for an investigate the issue I was having and he ended up squeezing me in the same day and fixed my issue. I purposely go out of my way to use his shop. He is beyond worth it!

Ortiz's glass is really the only place to go for all your glass and window glass services, and repair. Plus he does other services i may not know about or haven’t used yet. I like the fact he’s an honest man and he won’t gouge your wallet. We have every bit of confidence in him when we drop off our vehicles. He put a new windshield in my Toyota truck and fixed the driver side window in my other Toyota pickup when another tried to fix it and broke the track and the inside handle cover. I paid the other guy and Ortiz’s glass, so do it right the first time. His charges are very reasonable compared to anybody in Lake county. Try him. He’s a great guy.
