I would give them 10 stars if I could! You just don’t find this level of courtesy anywhere anymore. I stopped by because my car was not doing well and as soon as I walked in, Joe greeted me with the smile and did everything he could to take care of me right away to send me back on my trip. Great service, awesome customer surveys and great attitude thank you so much Joe!!!

Honest, helpful, quality mechanics here! Helped us so much on our vacation to get our car in tip top shape. They even helped us get to and from our mountain home while they did the work! Can't recommend this place enough

The only place I plan on taking my car to. Joe has been extremely friendly and helpful to me anytime I need work done on my car. He has great communication, is very knowledgeable and informs you of the exact problems, and they're fairly priced. Every time I've taken my car in to get worked on, it's always been a great experience. Joe will always help you with whatever you need, and he always does it with a great attitude. Highly recommend!
Joe knows his stuff. Was pissed when truck broke down a week after repair. Turns out Ford never sent out recall for bad clutche. Joe took one look and fixed it in five minutes no charge.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. We live full time on the road so we’ve been to our fair share of shops. Joe and Claudia were incredibly thorough and went above and beyond, including helping us find lodging while they worked on our camper. They quickly fixed our transmission leak and got us back on the road making what could have been a total nightmare a breeze. Thank you!

Over the New Years Holiday weekend stopped into Franks, Joe assisted me with an issue that a different shop wouldnt touch. As soon as he grabbed the tool from his box, I knew this was the place to be. Super people! I like this shop, next time Im in town Ill stop by with doughnuts! Thanks guys!
I took a Chevy Blazer 4 wheel drive there in lake isabella and had them rebuilt automatic transmission because trans was slipping bad .They did a perfect job .The engine oil pan was leaking pretty bad so they recommended new gasket.The front end suspension was loose definitely a safety issue so I had them repaired with new parts. They were very honest and communicated well and had a fair price with a nice warranty I would definitely recommend them to anyone having transmission problems or other issues. They made my life easier not having to worry that the job would get done in a timely matter.

Frank s wonderful staff was able to save the day in a fast, friendly and efficient manner when no one else could! I could not find a shop that would take an emergency appointment let alone same day. I can t tell you the sigh of relief I took when I heard Bring it in within the hour and I ll have a look at it . These guys a Frank s were amazing! I had an emergency stop the previous day when I noticed the brakes were a little squishy. I hopped out of my car to find out the passengers front side wheel was smoking and 4x hotter than any of my other tires! After asking Dr. Google what it could be I decided to wait and let it cool off since home was only 4 minutes away on a downhill. Luckily the brakes seemed to work well enough to where I could drive it to the shop with one of the best looking website in town. After waiting for parts, which luckily also came two hours earlier than quoted, I was able to make it home to San Diego same day without a worry! Thank you so much for making a stressful end, to an otherwise stress free weekend vacation in lake Isabella, a whole lot less stressful.
Frank and his wife are great people and did an excellent job on the first truck I brought them. Very fair priced and quick. For that I have sent alot of people there. I called for another job to be done and now you no longer talk to Frank or his wife. The guy quoting is higher priced than a dealership installing a new transmission. Not friendly or personable. I just bought a NEW transmission and saved $1200 installed, not rebuilt. Wish Frank and his wife would come back
So helpful took my car in and serviced my vehicle and set me up with maintenance schedule. Really kind too.
I took my F350 in there for transmission change and flush which they did, and they replaced 5 bolts that in the Pan that I stripped out and they put air in my low tire,,frank really did stand up job, yes I recommend his service

This shop did a great job replacing my old torn-up engine in my Kia. The new engine works great now, and they did it at a reasonable cost. The dealership wanted an arm and a leg, I will never get my service from a dealership again. If you have major car issues these guys are honest, quick, and great, and most importantly will make sure the job gets done
