Used Tires Lake forest & Full Auto Repair in Lake Forest

The owner of SV is dishonest he didn’t keep his word. We had an appointment he never showed up. He has a manager that doesn’t speak English. Apparently reading the owner response . It’s pathetic and very unprofessional not to keep your word to your customers when you stated on the phone that you will meet me in 20 minutes in your store. But you didn’t. Your manager how don’t understand nor speak English could not answer my question. And you think by having multiple listings in google you can avoid your bad customers reviews sadly it’s catching up to you . Have great day and good luck 😀

This shop was so helpful! I had a flat tire and All other shops were closed, didn’t answer the phone or said they could not help me until the next day, but this wonderful team got me in an out and fixed my tire!! Highly recommend!

I had a slow leak in a front tire. I was greeted by a friendly guy who said it would be a 20 minute wait. The tire tech found a screw in my tire. He removed the wheel, patched the tire and I was on my way in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely recommend.

STOP AND THINK. DONT GO HERE. SCAMMERS. Main mechanic asked to do work on my car for cash outside of this shop. Have text and all. They told me 200$ for idle valve control. Go to do it and they charge me 350$ and leave a bolt missing and tells me to my face it wasn't there. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. STRIPPED MY PLENUM BOLT WHERE COOLANT IS PRESSUREIZED. This is bad. So bad. 12/17/2024 update *DENYING TO REPAIR ALUMINUM PLENUM OR RE BORE THE BOLTS THREADS. !!!!SICK*****

Just left this shop, paid 144$ for a tire that was not the same as the tire I had asked for, before I jumped back on the freeway I checked it at the gas station on Toro rd and it was not the same as the one I had asked for and was told that they had it in stock but new.This was a blatant lie,This shop is dishonest and a rip off ... just so there is no misunderstanding After I left the tire shop which I told them I wanted a 30x9.50R15 LT tire , I drove to the gas station on Toro Rd and checked and the tire was a 31x 10.50R15LT . I cannot believe this is your response,but then again this is the sign of dishonesty and lack of accountability.I paid for something with the money I work hard for ,I even tip the dude who changed it ,5 dollars. I feel cheated and ashamed that as an American we are dealing with these type of establishments in our country.FYI, you also forget the receipt has the time, date and location stamped on top.😶also posted the Google search and it is time stamped,your saying it did not happen at your location, pretty much calling me a liar but it's okay I can prove your dishonest and a cheat.

SV Tire & Auto really goes above and beyond. The staff was incredibly professional, honest and efficient with diagnosing the problems my car had. They replaced my brake pads, rotors and a new set of tires in 25% of the time it takes at the over-priced Pep- Boys down the street. I found Randy to be a gem of an employee, very intelligent and honest with his quotes. This place by far has the best prices I have seen in Lake Forest. On top of offering a honest and great price, the owner was extremely intelligent and personable, I will be back for any of my future car needs. Thank you SV Tire & Auto for everything!

Normally it is hard to find someone who would like to repair Tesla tires ,I have issues the leaking is near side ,I will pay more than $400 if to simply replace a new one ,but stay with this store ,It costed $40 only ,and just 20 minus ,you are all set !
