This place likes to take advantage of people. Don’t waste your time. The guy wanted to charge me $400 for one tire. I ended up driving back 45miles to Salina’s and stay there for the night until Firestone opened up so I can drive 300 miles back home. I barely spent $200 for a new tire and hotel stay. Smh, Ridiculous!!

The crew is flexible to our schedules and got our car out quicker than quoted. They are knowledgeable and polite. We purchased 2 sets of tires as we needed them, and we were given a fair price for the tires and the labor.

Jose and his team at Tire King saved the day! On a road trip from San Francisco to Santa Barbara, four colleagues trying to make a company event got a flat tire. When we called Jose, he didn’t have the tire we needed in stock and available. We hung up feeling deflated (pun intended) and worried we would not make the customer event we were hosting and required to attend. Jose didn’t give up. He checked his warehouse, junkyard, and everywhere he had tires and found the needed tire. We were thrilled when he called back a few minutes later. We were immediately taken care of when we arrived at Tire King & Auto Express. As it turned out, all four tires were on the verge of damage, and it was hazardous to make the remaining road trip without getting all four tires changed. Jose found four tires that were good enough to get us to our destination safely. I can’t thank Jose and the staff at Tire King enough for their diligence in finding a solution for us, getting us to our company event, and, most importantly, getting us there safely. Our experience set a new bar for excellent customer service!

Literal lifesaver! I popped a tire in King City on my way to LA today (Thanksgiving) and didn’t know what I was gonna do. I looked to see if by any miracle there was a shop in King City open and Tire King was listed, so I called and the man who answered the phone was so helpful. He came out right away, changed the tire in the parking lot where I had pulled over after popping it, and took all of 20 minutes to get me a new tire and back on my way. I am so so thankful for the help, especially on a holiday, and the fact that he was very kind and that the tire service was so reasonably priced! Definitely recommend them!

Please make this your first call for any tire needs in King City! I was stopping to meet somebody in King City when I pulled into a driveway apron to close and tore both passenger tires on the sidewalls. My tires are not a common size and I needed two of them and to get back home two hours away asap, so I was starting to panic quick. Based on reviews, I called Tire King auto express first, and boy was I glad I did!! The owner of the company was on it instantly. He dispatched a wonderful guy (Jose L) who is at my car in a matter of minutes. He actually moved like he was in a hurry! He whipped those tires off and was to the shop and back with new tires aired up and ready to go in 10 minutes and I was on my way! Fortunately, my flat(s) happened next to a burrito shop and an ice cream truck went by, so I can honestly say this was the best flat tire(s) experience I have ever had in my life by far! Inconvenience was never an issue, and even though the tires and service was extremely reasonably priced (less than expected and I didn’t even quote them up front) it was worth the money just to restore my faith in American business! In short, the whole experience made me feel like I was an Indy car driver pulling into a pit-stop! Way to go to Tire King and Auto Express, you guys rock! Thank You!!
