The staff new what part I needed very quickly after looking up in the computer and the transaction was completed very quickly which was greatly appreciated It's just like any other O'Reilly's the staff know what they're doing and you get in and out the stuff you need

We were towing a trailer with my brothers F-150 when it died in front of O'reillys. Luis came out and jumped the battery for us but the battery light came on, the alternator died. The battery was under warranty and he sold us an alternator. We were 200 miles from home and had no tools. Luis let us use tools and we were working on it when he came out and helped us! Thank you Luis! You have a great employee, give him a raise. Thanks again Luis, you saved the day!

Recently my wife I were traveling on highway 101 on our way home from LA to San Jose. When we stopped for a break in King City, our car began to misfire as it idled. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were no mechanics available, anywhere in town. Two very nice young employees at a Quick Stop suggested we go to O’Reilly’s auto parts on Broadway. An employee there ran a scan and found that we had a bad ignition coil and they ordered the part for us. It lwas there in less than an hour. Then, one of the employees Eddie, and a former employee , Art, who just happened to be there, offered to replace the part themselves. Within an hour our car was good as new. We asked them how much we owed them and they said, “Don’t worry, about it, we got this!” We we’re blown away by their kindness and professionalism at a very traumatic time for us. We are both seniors and we can’t say enough about O’Reilly’s and more specifically Eddie and Art. Thank you both very much! Doug and Jean

Great staff at this location. Seems like they do a good job to keep the inventory full and store clean.

Not a good establishment. Heard horrible management stories, workers are the best. Always see one man behind the register when I go with huge lines. Maybe want to add more staff?

Very well organized. Knowledgeable staff. Can acquire almost any part you need and being here in King City, that is a big plus. They receive three shipments a day of ordered parts. This is a great convenience, meaning your vehicle can be repaired today vs waiting for parts to arrive in days/weeks.
