Worst car experience that could ever be encountered. Charged $810, 6 days of storage fees for a 1 day job of a damage appraisal. Sergio and Adrian stopped answering calls or emails from myself, my insurance, and attorney as the days added up. Incredibly sexist, to resolve the issue they asked to speak to a male instead of me. Go somewhere that actually cares about people and your car.

Took my car to get painted and guaranteed to have it ready in 3 to 4 weeks. It’s taken over 7 months to get back my car. Owner always went back on his word giving us a date and then not following through. Sergio always had an excuse. There is no excuse to have taken him this long to redo a paint job for something he guaranteed and taking this long to get back and find alternate solutions. I know we were not a priority however, he never updated us on the car details. We were always the ones looking for him and calling him for an update. Always giving excuses and started to not pick up the phone when we called. I don’t recommend no one to come here go somewhere else. Make the drive to Salinas.

Sergio isn’t someone you want to work with, he’ll say one thing and isn’t a man of his word. Don’t use this shop, You can take a drive to Salinas and find better quality and better service.

I got scraped on the side of my car the scratch went from the front to the back. I had a minor scratch in the front bumper from usual driving the shop owner asked if I that came included with the report. I told him no but he told me he would still charge them a good amount of money to the insurance to get that fixed. Long story short I got the check took it to him he did the job but lied about the front bumper. I asked him didn’t you say you were going to charge the insurance company more for the bumper when he replied and said it wasn’t enough money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

This place has helped me out so many times. Great customer service. If you need body work call Sergio and he will help you out.
