O'Reilly Auto Parts in Jackson

This store is really great about helping customers and really good with returns. They understand sometimes when you are starting a project, you might need to buy extra stuff, so you have everything you need. There is one guy there who helps me often, Cam. He's always smiling and no matter how difficult the item the customer needs is he tries to get it for them. There are a lot of auto parts stores in Jackson, this is one I'd recommend. They treat everyone well. They truly seem to understand when your car isn't working right it's a bad day. And they go over and beyond

I have always used O’Reilly auto parts in different state. This one was exceptional as the man working with me was very professional and they did not have the part I needed. He went on their system and there were none in their local chain but he told me he could have one there by 12:30. I had to be at my destination by 12:00 so was one my way with a smile for his excellent service.

A real auto parts store. Awesome service, extremely friendly - this reminds me of being in a parts store 25 years ago, when they were riddled with professionals. people really know their stuff and Cam the gentleman who helped me out was so very polite and helpful. This will be my go to store from now on.

So much better service then the other stores in town like A.Z. or the napa
