Friendly and fast service! Came last minute around 11pm and the owner of the shop was so welcoming & quickly took care of my car !!

Immaculate service and staff. I was treated so kindly and made to feel safe and comfortable. I had a terrible flat tire in the middle of the night which they fixed happily, checked my other three tires, and filled all of my tires up with air to ensure that I had a safe drive home. I was able to purchase a brand new tire at an affordable price. It is because of Santa Cruz Tire Shop and repair, that I was able to make it back home safely. I cannot thank you all enough for the incredible work that was done in a timely manner! :)

I assume that I as a woman the rate I was charged was because as such which was priced gouging. Although the place was opened I shouldn't have been charged for a used tire $100.00. I highly wouldn't recommend this this place of business. The work that was placed wasn't with ease not only for one tire, the communication itself. I advised you to wait for pacific tires to open. If the star was a negative connotation belief I'd believe.

Last night, my tire went flat, and since no other shops were open, I had no choice but to go there. I told them I wanted to replace my two front tires. When I asked the price, they said it was $350, which is way too much. I mentioned that I didn’t have a wheel lock key, and they said they would charge me $25 for it. I had no choice but to agree to this as well. After my tires were replaced, I asked them to replace the broken wheel lock bolt with another bolt, and they charged me an additional $10 for that. I reluctantly agreed to this too. When I wanted to pay, I told them I could only pay with a credit card. They told me they only accepted cash or Zelle. When I said I couldn’t do that, they rudely threatened to remove my rear tires and started shouting at me. Even though the card machine was right in front of me, they said such things. I definitely don’t recommend this place. Even if you’re desperate, you shouldn’t go there. They put on two low-quality tires, and the experience was terrible in terms of both price and behavior. I will never go there again, and I absolutely do not recommend anyone else to go there.

Jesus was very helpful and professional, they were able to help me with a tire blow out I needed a new tire and they were the only place open that late.

Jesus and his crew were amazing! I had a late night flat and they fixed my tire in under 15 minutes. Reasonable prices and a super friendly staff. I highly recommend. Thank you!

I got my tire switched out and the guy forgot to put a lug nut on. I didn’t notice until I got on the freeway and my car started shaking. This is dangerous!! I went back and the guy lies and says I only had 4 lug nuts smh. The guy who changed my tire doesn’t speak good English. I won’t give this place my money ever again.

Louie took care of us late night. Good service got a solid used tire at a solid price.
