The Home Depot in Inglewood

This location has terrible customer service! I got there right at 10 but only n hours ded a roll of paper towels. I like the HDR rolls they have for 99¢. But the nice manager at the door was like no sorry. But they still had registers open. Back in my day we would say ok but hurry up or might run and get it ourself cause right at the dot.....it wouldnt kill you. The customer done came all the way down there. I get 10:02 or something but no I dont get 10:00. Leave it to the Mexicans, they cant wait to tell a Black person no. Yeah its always racial cause had I been White I bet they would have made it happen. Like I said, people still in the checkstand. Ill never go to this one again.

Random dudes in the parking lot looking for work won t let me park in open parking spaces. Saying things about my car made me park in a different space. Especially how other people have their stuff broken into at this location. See the other bad reviews. Terrible parking lot management for customers looking to actually pay.

Went there this morning and one of the workers (Bob Lewis) greeted me and ask me did I find everything ok I told him yes. The guy at the paint department was very helpful also. That is what I call excellent customer service. Thanks.

We bought a plant from there yesterday and the plant already looks like its about to die. I dont think they take care of the plants.

the worst service they have in this store! I came to buy some lights, I asked customer service to see if they had them and they said yes! When I couldnt find them, I asked for help, and they called Anthony, who never arrived. After almost an hour, they told me they were sorry but they didnt have them! When I left this store, they didnt want to give me the name of the general manager! wow what a service!

Friendly people. Its the closest to where I live. Its a smaller store that doesnt always have items I need in stock. The Rosecrans location is far better equipped for larger jobs.

Just like costco, if youve been to 1 home depot, youve been to all of them, they have what you need, whatever little project you have.

I wouldn t normally review a big chain like Home Depot, and I normally wouldn t expect great service, but I was impressed with my experience with this location. I ordered a grill and didn t see there was a dent on the back until the evening. I called the store and Melanie was able to help me out right away. She sent me photos of a new grill, and once I approved it, she had the delivery guys arrive in a little over an hour with a replacement! They swapped out my grill without hassle and were super friendly and helpful. I was definitely not expecting to get it that quickly considering I was calling late in the day. Thanks for the great service!

It was chill. Making an online purchase return was quite fast and almost simple. I guess the only complication was finding out, after doing some further shopping with the return amount in mind, that the return, although taking your payment immediately upon purchase, takes 2-3 business days to go back to your Debit or credit account. I we are to believe in this mighty Dollar Bill and the values they hold. Why cant our hard earned money be returned to us just as fast as it is taken? Surely, the profits some management or owner up top is well off enough financially that they can be as quick to return too... right? Or am I, are we, starting to realize that asking for minimun hourly wage raise, is only going to raise everything else around us, hardly making any difference to the economic change. It is a lowering of the average CEO & ppl up tops wage that should be done instead.. otherwise i expect that a return of my money should be as quick as i am charged. Just saying..

BEWARE! My van has been broken into here at the La Cienega Home Depot THREE TIMES in the last year. Yes, I lost tools, and body damage all three times! Im here 4 times a week, it seems the parasites are here more than that. Going to go the Jefferson store from now on. So sad. Our state politicians are to blame. Home Depot should have patrolling security, but their policy is to just let them do it. Have insurance cover it. I really, really wish I didnt have to post this, but Im quite sure Im not the only victim. So this is a public service announcement. Whats the answer? Dont shop here!

When I asked an employee in the garden department where are your pics? All I got back was a look of what the heck is a pic? I cant believe the poor quality of staff they hire. They get no training, have no interest in doing anything to better themselves, total lack of caring. Shal I continue?

Regular and customary, some caged materials were a concern of where I was shopping.

Fairly easy entrance and exit. Parking lot is a bit cramped for a RV or a U-Haul. There was a nice smelling food truck parked near the entrance.

One of the better Home Depot in the Inglewood /L.A. area. You can find all your home improvement needs here with pretty good customer service. Parking isnt the best so youll need a little patience.

Very bad service

Came here to pick up an online order. Ended up taking more than 2 hrs because my order was missing parts and one of the boxes came heavily damaged (I dont know how they found it acceptable to give to a customer) they put me on the phone with their customer service rep and all I wanted were replacements but instead they told me I had to return all the items and order them again on my own. They seriously took 2 hrs to do all that and I was the only one at the counter.

This place is a Toy Store for adults..

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience at this location. I was near by a customer who was with his son, and apparently with the Store Manager, who was screaming at the customer in front of his teenage son. I felt bad even though I was not involved, but the way she was talking to the gentleman in front of his son for me, it was very disrespectful and it was over a price on a grill that they changed the price in front of him after he asked the availability on that product and they change the price to a higher price and the store manager said if you want the hundred dollar off I ll give it to you do you is there, anything else you need but he was yelling at him very disrespectful. I was also with my kids and this was unprofessional.

Was here recently and got a sub-par response from an employee when I asked her a simple question (Lizabeth or someone). But thank goodness I ran into a very helpful employee shortly after, her name was Miranda. She helped me find the specific product I was looking for; then continued to help me in the garden area with some plants and other supplies. She knows her stuff - she went above and beyond!

Home Depot is my go to as stated before, however, the lack of inventory is getting frustrating. It seems as if they are focusing on online sales .

The website return policy was miss-leading. It is 30 days, not 90 as they trick you to think. I was 2 days late and general manager could easily accept the item but he chose not too. So I was hit with $170. So it was my last purchase from home depot.

They did not have what my honey was looking for but the salespeople were friendly and helpful.

I feel the need to warn once again about this location because somehow my review has been removed. I paid for a floor install in FULL and was told it would be a 3-4 week turnaround time. Almost 4 months later, they finally call me after countless of inquiries about the status of my floor and let me know that they lost my floor. The wording was here s the deal, we don t have your floor and don t know what happened. They offered to reorder it or refund me if I reordered it, they then could tell me the next length of wait time but couldn t let me know that prior to ordering. Like, no thanks!? I ve already waited almost 4 months. The staff at this location are so RUDE and disrespectful. They have no care in the world about the customer experience. No one would connect me with a manager, and no one showed any sort of compassion or even apologized for the error. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.

Please check your carpet cleaning machines since none of them work, the first one doesnt work and the second one doesnt work either, I just lost my day and I couldn t clean my carpet. your team looks lazy and not organized. Please maintain and checked your machines before renting to us. I called the manager but, he never showed up. Due to this bad service you gonna lose a lot of customers. I liked it because I find what I need for work

I have used many Home Depots. This one is the worst in our area. The shelves are poorly stocked, and disordered. The staff are sullen, untrained, uninformed, uninterested and at times surly. This is a reflection of poor management. Needless to say there is high turnover of their personnel who are undoubtedly underpaid. Given the shear numbers of alternative Home Depots, Lowes, etc. in the area, you would do well to avoid this one. Today will be the last time I shop there. Note: 2 stars is being very generous. (PS: Why are there so many 5-star reviews without comments by Local Guides?)
