Came here to buy a microwave that I saw online. Loved that it was cheaper in store and they only had one left. Great DIY supplies.
I went to get some hardware and I found myself getting some other things typical lol their service was fast and their self service was efficient
Just started coming here more for about 2 weeks straight and it’s a nice location. The only downside of this location is the exiting of the parking. So many exits but you can get stuck in the easily and need to know how to strategically get out using which exit (behind la fitness)
Don’t go to this Home Depot if you have valuables in your vehicle , there’s a lot of thief’s, breaking in cars , today I got my truck broken in to and got all my tools stolen and even my lunch backpack , homedepot would not do anything , they just pointed out the people hanging around outside and said it might be them. Call the police , we can’t do anything , so sad
I search for a refrigerator online to purchase and when i found one that i like saved it to my cart. Then i decided to visit to store ti check out other ones in person. When i arrived i was greeted by Ruben from appliances department. I ask they if "they had the fridge, I wanted to purchase online" he checked and was told yes. I said lets do the deal he did the rest for me set me up to get old one hauled away and installed new one very happy tnx. Rueben got patience very helpful and for sure understanding. U can ask questions for 5 hrs he will help u out. Thanks Ruben and the homedepot crew. Had good experience happy holidays people.
Noe the assistant manager wouldn't honor the price on the Home Depot and app and was very condescending. Even though the refrigerator was broken my friend asked to buy it at the advertised price and even still was rejected went to the Ladera Heights and had no issues whatsoever, bought the same exact fridge without damage at the price it was advertised. Not only did they lose the sale but also the customer. Horrible customer service.
The worshops for kids are an excellent activity. The staff is good in general. They could be more friendly with working with kids. Some of the staff are young and look indifferent with any kid. The lady at the main table is great. She has attitude and always pending what materials the kids need. A couple of times they were short on ⚒️ and 🪛 and we had to bought them. In general, we like this activity. It is a safe place to go with kids (2-16yo) is screen free, promotes healthy family time and helps to develop life skills for kids and adults. The workshop today were amazing! We know Lucas the Spider 🕷️, my toddler loves the plush, and the treasure chest is so cute.
That particular home Depot customer service sucks I was looking for the sucket wrench to fix a shower leak Almost an hour between waiting and talking to 4 associates who apparently weren't on the mood to help sending to wrong aisles The last one said that's what you need.. totally wrong $15.00 paid good just for time waisted cause couldn't finish the repair , Had to go to corner hardware n he gave the correct one w closed eyes Lady on aisle 38. Associates like her is what they need Very frustrating experience with those 4 lazy butts!!!😡😡😡🤬

Its the worst home depot thats gone, you ask them for help and they dont help you, you talk to the manager so they can help you and the man is another unrepentant person who doesnt help you, they have you waiting for like 30 minutes to send you someone to help you.

My favorite for Gardening supplies
No customer service!! Lazy group of individuals walking around not having answers to anything. Everything is locked and 9 out of 10 people don t know the code to open what you need and they just keep walking when you ask for assistance say they will call someone. Come to this Home Depot if you want to waste half your day for what you need.
Whoever is manager needs to evaluate these employees because they just stand around and do not help. I asked if they can help me check the toilet if it s not broken and she says well you paid for it open it up very rude. They all just stand around and do not want to help. We needed help taking the toilet to the car and they took forever to get someone. Really bad service. Lazy people . Super lazy.
They overcharged me 43 dollars and did not return it to me, remove the people who do not know why they overcharge or it is Home Depots business

This place really sucks. Ran my card twice and said it never went through. My bank posted both transactions. The useless and rude staff said the payment would reverse the next day, well, here we are days later and the multiple payments posted. Don t shop here. And if you must, use cash. Apparently, they had a company wide debit card error sure.
I like this location even tho its in Compton however being there it dont feel like compton at all

This store is so undersize and understaffed for the community. The product line compared to stores like Torrance or Lakewood theres no comparison. Day laborers and their trucks take up 25% of the parking lot. And when they are venues at sofi stadium theres even less parking. With all of these billion-dollar stadiums I think the store is falling behind the times.
Even the manager doesnt know anything about plumbing, this might be the most incompetent customer service team of all time.
WAY Too Big if you are shopping for something Small. Best to find a Mom & Pop Hardware Store.

Associate that help me was honest and hopeful and kind enough to get help for me where he didnt have expertise. I was happy to find these versatile blackouts that matched the kitchen perfectly would have gave 5 starts but I found them before 1nd associate showed up, I waited 15mine.

Home Depot is now my favorite place. I m the mist of remodeling. I m running in and out of here often. You can find a little bit of everything in here. Bubble wrap for wraps your valuables. Looking for paint, new base boards, garden items, moving boxes and laundry detergent all in one store. This store is clean well organized and the shelves are well stocked. I was looking for a particular item and the associate was able to locate the item in another location. She asked if I wanted to pick it up or have the item could be sent to this store or shipped to my home. Now that s customer service. I purchased my washer and dryer at this location. I purchased the wrong dryer (electric). The delivery guys send it back for me and I purchased the gas dryer. Thank goodness there was no restocking fee. This exchange was stress free.

Lazzzzzy people with attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes or order from Amazon. Cheaper and don t have to deal with lazy and rude staff.

At this Home Depot, on Century Blvd between Crenshaw and Yukon, Inglewood, CA,they have some of the most unknowledgeable personal! I asked a employee there, (young guy) about a Tables, he rudely pointed in a direction and expected me to know where he was pointing. I started walking to find items for myself. Every time, I go into this Home Depot, there is a problem. I am willing to drive all the way to the Home Depot located in Long Beach, CA (On Cherry Blvd) where you are treated like a Customer. I had a busy day, and didnt have time to go to the Long Beach Store, is the reason, I went to the Home Depot on Century. I would not Refer ANYONE to go to this Location!!!!! They act like, they cant Smile, Show you where to find the items your looking for, and some of them, dont have the Respect to Care. They just walk around uneducated on how to Help. Im going to keep driving out of my way, so I can get the service, Im due as a consumer.

Impressive
Customer service is becoming more and more of a lost art especially that of a good variety. Spent over an hour attempting to pick up an item that I ordered and paid for online that was supposedly being held in a locker for me. The rep and other coworkers didnt want to admit to the initial error of the item not being held or reserved for me then after an hour of waiting sent me to another location which had no idea that I was coming to pick up the item nor had it on hold for me. Just a mess all around.
October 31st 2023 Halloween 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. theyre having something for the children

I was paying and the man in front says that I didnt pay for something but I did pay for everything, they made a great show. Im really not one of the people who rob stores. It was very embarrassing and they should be a little more careful. I was paying in the front and the man who is there, a boy with no experience, told me that I had not paid for something, they made a great show, so I am not one of the people who are robbing the establishments, they should have a little more inconsideration for the people who do not do bad things and focus more on what their job really asks them to do, they are very incompetent

I rate stores by the outside first. This store is always dirty on the outside, people constantly asking for work.,baskets are everywhere. The lumber loading area is the worst.. There is a stack of rebar there, which is been sitting for over a year collecting rust inside. There are about four employees who do the best the others don t seem to care.
