Working with Casey was bar none the best example of customer care I’ve ever experienced. If there were 6 stars here I’d give it to him. My tire popped and I happened to have a replacement tire in my garage. After sifting through a bunch of poorly reviewed mobile tire repair companies i came across Casey and set up an appointment. He was at my house within a few hrs, however upon looking at the situation he explained that he was only able to swap out a spare, not put a new tire on an existing wheel, just a miscommunication (probably on my end) over the phone. Instead of leaving me high and dry, Casey put the extra tire and my wheel in his truck, and spent the next few hours with me at a tire shop getting the work done. He even negotiated with the store that did the work to get me a better price. Then took me home and put the new tire/wheel on. Even insisted on me paying the original price he quoted, which was already more than fair. (Still paid him extra for his time though). Through the whole process he was extremely kind and sympathetic to the stress and interruption a flat tire can cause someone. Can’t recommend him enough if you need a spare put on or your brakes repaired!!

Professional, on-time, fast friendly service! You can tell Casey is an experienced mechanic and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend. In this day and age, who has time to wait at an auto repair shop? Super convenient. Was done with both my rear brake pads in about 30 minutes. He is as advertised.
My regular auto mechanic unfortunately closed during COVID. My car was not safe to drive to a mechanic, and I did not want to use one of my AAA tows to a garage; so I gave Caseys Mobile Brake Service a call. A gentleman arrived within an hour of my call, and in the few minutes I was putting on my shoes to come out and greet him, he already had the problem diagnosed! He then removed the tire to show me the issue and explain to me in laymans terms how my type of brakes work. He then pointed out that my 26 year old car still has the original factory rotors, and showed me the doohickey things on the rotor. I received a very reasonable estimate for the parts and labor minutes later! I am so impressed, that I feel the need to share my experience. Also, the fee for coming out to give a diagnosis and quote is half the price of a repair shop!
