Marina Auto Body has done a wonderful job on my car; it looks brand new!! The customer service from the beginning, while my car was in the shop, and during pick up of my car was excellent! I was given thorough information, step by step about the duration of time that my car would be in the shop, what needed to be done, what was being done to my car, and which parts the shop were waiting on. I was always greeted in person and/or over the phone in a warm professional manner. I was always updated about everything that pertained to my car! I had an amazing experience!

Very professional. They have a great network that works directly with insurances. They also work with enterprise rent a car and can provide a ride up to 5 miles away. Customer service Char and the staff are very patient and take the time to walk you through the process. Marina autobody gets quality parts from culver city toyota which is also a great place. I have used this place a few times and most recently, twice in two years when my son has had accidents. They do such amazing work, everyone is super friendly. Their work was pretty good. I had to come back for one thing to get fixed, and they made it easy. Their communication was not good. They *never* called me over the 7 week period that my car was in the shop, even though I asked them repeatedly (because I had to keep working with the insurance company to extend my rental coverage!), except on the day my car was ready for pick-up.
