Horrible service employees doing a whole lot of nothing had me waiting for 30 minutes. Just to pick up an order that’s insane staff is whack they need to do better So slow

Listen to the other reviews that say to not come here. I had a trustworthy mechanic of mine tell me I had a nail in one of my tires and that it was an easy fix. I brought it here to get it repaired and an employee came out to look at my car he also said it was an easy fix. Fast forward they call me to let me know that it is in fact not an easy fix and that we had to completely change out the tire and they even tried to sell me a full set. When I told them no thanks I'm gonna take it elsewhere they said they couldn't put the tire back on because it is "unsafe" because of the low tread. I understand they are liable for this but they cannot just force me to buy tires for this reason, which they did since they left me with no choice. This was ridiculous because the car was driving just fine before I took it there. I ended up having to buy two tires because they refused to just put the tire back on. Complete scam. Do not come here.

If I could rate it zero star I would. I rarely do review. But I have to post this horrible experience at this location for others to know. We went in for a under warranty routine tire rotation on 7/13/24 at 4:15 pm (for 4 tires from America's Tire). From the attitude of an associate I already had a feeling they didn't want to take any "free service" in. And yup that's exactly what happened. Got a 5-minutes up-selling speech from an associate for a new $1100 set. He said matching tires were in stock, and he could "make it happen" right at that moment. So he meant not too late for service hour? When we declined, he took another 5 min to "locate" our record in their system. At other America's Tire stores, they pull up our record within seconds scanning our car or using our phone number. And at the end he just refused to do routine under warranty rotation. I was with my young son, so I did not want to escalate it with management and wasting our precious weekend on a horrible, if not abhorrent and distasteful, customer service experience at this location. After get home and read other reviews, for sure management has been well awared and allowing this kind of practice to run amok at this location. Will call corporation to see their response.

This place is awesome! I don't live in the city I knew my tire was low. So I stopped here to have them check it out. The sales guy Edgar was very professional and honest. Went all around and checked on my tires. My one tire had a nail in it the tire itself needed to be replaced. I'm having financial problems so he gave me a very good deal on a used tire. Edgar was very helpful of my problem. And didn't have to wait long thank you so much

COMPLETE SCAM! THEY TELL YOU ITS FREE TO PATCH A TIRE BUT ONCE IT COMES OFF, THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY A NEW ONE. LOOK HOW THEY LEFT MY CAR WHEN I SAID I DONT WANT TO BUY. WHAT KIND OF HUMAN DOES THIS TO OTHERS! I HAD MY NEWBORN WITH ME SO WE COULDNT EVEN DRIVE HOME. Basically force you to buy the tires under duress. NOT THE FIRST TIME, Thought back and anytime I brought anything in, always an upsell whether I be 100 dollar lug nuts or new tires. GUILLERMO THE MANAGER TRIES TO PLAY DUMB AND SAY THIS OR THAT, TAKE ACCOUNTALIBITY FOR YOUR SHADY RUN BUSINESS WHICH IM TAKING TO CORPORATE.

Love America's Tire. Been going for years. Great service. Today they installed 4 new tires (in stock) in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. They even showed me how to reset the car's tire pressure gauge system. Bought the Road Hugger GTP A/S - the stores own brand. Solid tire. Thanks Ametica's Tire!

I discovered America’s tire shop last year when I got a flat tire on my SUV. They were extremely helpful and prompt when I brought my SUV in after having made an appointment. They fixed the tire, put it back on, and put the spare back in its cubby. I thought they might decline fixing the flat since the tire was almost 10 years old. It did have quite a bit of tread left but it was old. If it had been older than 10 years, they would’ve not fixed the tire and instead recommended a new tire. All this and they did not charge me. I then brought my Chevy truck in a few weeks later with a nail and they fixed it again for free. I brought the truck in again later in the month with another nail. This time they recommended tire balancing and rotation for a fee. Since it had been a while since I had done this, I approved it. I believe they were honest in their recommendations. A tire rotation and balance should be done every 5k to 7k miles. They did not sell me new tires if I didn’t need them. And they were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. For this they deserve a five star rating.

These guys just make it easy. Called a bunch of tire shops in town and got really frustrated. Finally called these guys. They were super friendly. The one shop referred me to their other shop that had exactly what I needed. They were just as friendly and helpful as the first guys. They got me in immediately, laid out lots of options, no pressure. I was out the door in under an hour. They even threw on a used tire for free to cover a damaged tire I didn’t know about. Thanks Dominique, Jonathan, Jacob, Oscar. You guys rock!
