Chris is incredible. The alignment you will get is simply the best alignment you can get for your track car or your race car. I had a major understeer issue before going to west end and now my car is handling completely neutral with perfect balance. Could not possibly ask for a better service.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone! Darin and Chris are both very knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Darin went above and beyond with my coilover install, and treated my car like it was his own. I absolutely will be back for all my alignment and suspension needs.

I have lived lived in 6 cities across the country and have been frustrated by alignments in each city over the past 30+ years. This is the only place I’m 100% satisfied with the work of of every place I’ve tried. The man is a magician, an artist, and an all around great person. I drive from Woodland Hills and even sleep in my car to get alignments done here and only here. I drove a car that was aligned here across the country and even after tapping a curb it felt so much better during that trip. I was upset when a shop did a complimentary alignment. Now I have to drive it it back to get that magical feeling back! Come here once and you’ll understand why he’s considered the best in town. I think he’s the best in the country. EDIT: I’m back on their alignment rack now. Not because it went out but because another shop - a German car specialist - touched it last. I had to drive from Topanga to here. About 2 hours each way. So worth it. He won’t let you leave until it’s perfect. Love this place. You will too!

Overall, the experience and results that I received from Chris & Darin were very Satisfying. They listened and asked of my expectations and how my sports car would be used & what my context (racetrack resume) was before suggesting alignment settings. They are diligent and meticulous workers. West-End does exactly what is agreed and finish when expected. They are quite familiar with all popular chassis and can figure out most other/rarer cars with the owner's involvement. This month's service& alignment was the 2nd car that I have brought to them.

Took my cC7 z06/z07 to get lowering bolts swapped, an alignment and corner balancing. Worked with Chris who killed it.
