I highly recommend Marina Auto Body. This is definitely where you want to take your care. They are super nice, very organized, detailed, accommodating, and FAST. Their efficient workflow is top notch and John was fantastic with communication, explaining how things were going to go, and updating me. Not once did I have to ask “how was it going?” I always knew! The work done on my car is superb. There’s a reason they are recommended by Lexus and are a Lexus authorized dealer. Would take car there again and again (although I hope I never have to). I bought a brand new 2024 Prius Prime a few days ago, and unfortunately, someone backed up their car and hit my front bumper. Although the damage seemed minor, even a small scratch feels big on a new car. The front bumper was out of alignment, with visible scratches on it. I brought it to this store without an appointment. The lady at the front desk took my key, drove the car into their in-house repair shop, and came back after 10 minutes, handing me the key. When I looked at the front bumper, it looked like new! I asked how much the repair would cost, and she said it was free. She even said “ sorry for what had happened to the brand new car. Such a kind and wonderful lady!

John was fantastic. He explained how the process works and through the entire time my car was in their shop he communicated with me every few days keeping me informed of the progress, the next steps and anticipated time frame. The end result, my car looks perfect. They did a fantastic job.

Had to leave my 22' corolla at the shop for 3 weeks due to a hit-and-run on my passenger front door. The check-in was quick and painless, the shop was able to help me find a rental for the duration of the repairs, and I was always updated on the status of the repairs. The gentleman, John Frederick, was extremely helpful and really made me feel like he had my best interests in mind during the whole process. It was a bigger headache dealing with my insurance rather than talking to the shop for estimates and rough ETA's on when the work would be done. Extremely happy with the results as well, John was transparent about what was necessary for replacement, and my car looks brand new again! Will definitely come back again once I can get the roof repaired.

From the front desk lady to the adjuster Lewis to the owner Tom the entire operation is on top of things. Super friendly follow up especially since they often had to be passing on bad news from the Horrible insurance company (State Farm) that wanted to use used parts and deny repairs that their adjuster missed when he took pictures. Lewis was able to get the owner of Marina auto body to absorb the cost on one of the used parts and upgrade it to a new part at their expense. I love this place I will recommend this body shop to all my friends and family.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was referred here because my insurance covers ‘Toyota original parts,’ and this shop was supposed to provide quality service. However, after my repair in late May, I’ve noticed several issues. It’s now October, and my bumper is misaligned with visible gaps in a couple of places. When I brought this up, they claimed I must have backed into something or been hit, refusing to guarantee their work and directing me back to my insurance. I haven’t had any accidents, and I’ll be sharing photos so you can judge for yourself.
