I have never had a business talk this condescendingly down to me before. Do they do good work, maybe, probably. Do they know how to run off business, absolutely. If they were this confrontational now, I d hate to see how they resolve potential issues in quality of work. (No this is not a fake review. Does demonstrate tone deafness illustrated in my interaction with them though.)

Safe Auto Glass was a quarter of the cost of the dealership, yet they provided the same quality and care if not even better. I dont know how, but they fit me in the same day I called. The front windshield of my 2018 subaru forester was replaced in an hour. This team gets it. They really do. I dreaded this repair before calling in, but I left wondering why I hadnt called sooner. Ill only go here from now on.

I came in for a glass repair on my Lexus and when I went to pick up my car I noticed a light on my dash was on for tire pressure which wasn t there when I brought in the car for the repair. Upon inspecting the tires there was an industrial screw in my back right tire. Mario apologized and told me they would order me a tire and had the mechanic next door plug my tire and gave me some air so I could drive home. When I called to check status of the tire a few days later I was put in communication with the owner( arbi vartanian) who very rudely told me I couldn t prove that he did it and there would be no tire for me. After calling my insurance company who is not able to provide a resolution I am forced to pay for the tire out of my own pocket. Beware before taking your car for service here as they do not take responsibility for your car. I also had to go back because they didn t adjust my windshield wiper properly and tried to tell me I needed new wipers.

I got my car window smashed in on Christmas night. I called a couple shops the next day and got some quotes for 400-500 dollars and called Safe Auto Glass and they gave me a quote of $300 same day!!! They were very friendly and got my car in and out in about 3 hrs. The work was very good and highly recommend!!!

I visited Mario at Safe Auto Glass Co. in August 2023. I had recently moved from SK, Canada to Los Angeles. Prior to the move, I had my chipped windshield replaced in preparation for the long drive; however, the weather stripping surrounding the new windshield began to break away on route to L.A., and I had to temporarily use duct tape to fix the issue. After arriving in L.A., I found Safe Auto Glass Co. based on their exceptional service and reviews; my experience was no different! I called beforehand, and Mario sealed the weather stripping on my vehicle without an appointment, at NO cost. Mario wouldnt accept payment; I said I would write a positive review at the very least (better late than never). Mario also said that if I had any other troubles with my vehicle after my family left, that I could visit him and he would introduce me to Ben Hur Auto Repair next door! I appreciated this as I was new, living in L.A. alone. Thank you Mario!

Surprised..I woke up to a shattered passengers side window and several personal belongings taken from inside my car. Following this unfortunate discovery, I started searching for a window replacement company and luckily came across Safe Auto Glass Co. The location was only a mile from my residence so I drove over at 9 am and called the number found on their website. I was greeted by a professional gentleman. He asked a few questions and while on his way to a job, pulled over and looked into if they could replace my glass same day. To my surprise, he came back to the phone letting me know it would be completed same day. Mario opened shop and I handed over my car keys. Within about 3.5 hours I got a call that my car was finished. I can not say enough about this efficient and professional establishment. They took care of my unexpected and unplanned broken window with a smile and I left a very satisfied customer. If you are in need of replacing a car window or anything else that they offer, I highly recommend them as your go-to professionals. 11 out of 10 stars! After my car was broken into I had to get my window repaired QUICK. I called all over town and no one could get me in for a decent price the day of. Mario was truly amazing. He let me park my car overnight to keep it safe and promptly fixed my window at a SUPER competitive rate. They also have a warranty on it AND they vacuumed up all the glass. Truly the sweetest people!

Great service in a good part of the city! Had to have my windshield replaced before shipping my car to Hawaii. I called multiple places around Los Angeles and finally found Safe Auto Glass in Hollywood. They were the cheapest I found and probably one of the better neighborhoods I could ve found. Location was great and was able to comfortably wait while my windshield was being replaced. Service was great! Price was better than the rest!!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! My daughter had her passenger window broken into yesterday and I live 2000 miles away in the Midwest. She discovered it around 2pm and arrived at the shop by 3:10pm. Safe Auto Glass had the vehicle cleaned up, the window replaced and her back on her way by 4:30pm the same day!! My initial call to the shop was quick and efficient and Arbi was so informative, helpful and immediately put my mind at ease. I thought the price was very fair especially considering how quickly they took care of her. While this was the first time it happened to her, sadly it probably wont be the last but now my daughter knows exactly who to call and who to refer any colleagues or friends to. These guys are better then great. My car was broken into over the weekend and even though they were closed, Arbi was texting with me and ordering my OEM window. Mario was AMAZING! A rock hit my front windshield and I had to get the entire window replaced. I was having trouble finding the right brand to match to view the heads up display clearly, but Mario was soooo patient and helped me find the perfect one for an amazing price! He completed the job so efficiently too and really went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing a car window repair or replacement.

I know nothing about cars and even less about car repairs. I found Safe Auto Glass online and called to describe what I thought I needed. This was late on a Wednesday afternoon and I spoke with Arbi. He gave me an estimate and told me he would need to get the part. I drove over to their Santa Monica Blvd. shop the next morning so he could take a look at the car. He did and told me it wouldnt cost as much as he had thought. We had a really nice chat and I asked him to order the part. Spoke again Friday morning and agreed I would bring my car in later that day. Mario and his assistant were waiting for me and couldnt have been nicer. Not only was I in and out of there quickly but I was also able to get my car Smog Check done in ten minutes at their neighbor Santa Monica Star Smog. Two big things taken care of with zero stress and excellent customer service. And true to his word, the repair was Fifty dollars less than Arbi had originally quoted.

The owner Mario was super friendly, professional, and did an amazing job repairing and filling the crack. The location is clean, and very affordable compared with other places in the Hollywood area. Mario and the guys at SAG Co turned my whole week around today with stellar service and quality work. Some unknown thief had busted my window and stolen my tools, which kinda ruined my week. But after just walking right into the SAG shop with no appointment they helped me right away and got me back on the road with a replacement window in less than an hour. Thank you Mario and crew!

On Xmas eve a tree fell on my car. With all the pain of dealing with insurance I made a hectic decision. I went ahead with glass fixes without an inspection and was planning to add the invoice to my claim later and get reimbursed. Rest assured insurance gave me a hard time and didn t pay. Mario and his team had already been paid by me, went and picked up the OEM glass from a burb and were rdy to install for me on short notice. But they were kind enough to refund me in full when I explained my situation! The communication was so easy with them. I hope I never have to replace my glass again but if I do they are now my people!
