Plus 1 Performance in Highland

I have two vehicles both of them are 97 Dodgers one is a 1500 pickup and the other one is a 2500 conversion van for my special needs daughter. We have been having problems with this air conditioner for years numerous of mechanics have looked at it can I see if Im the problem. Upon taking it to plus one performance 4 tires for both of my vehicles diagnose my AC fix my AC and also turn the timing down that was for the van now for my pick up need to have a muffler installed from the header all the way down Lou is great and also I cant forget about Debbie. Call around before coming here. Told me $500+ for front brakes assuming the rotors were good. I had a place tell me as low as $170 for just brakes not even a few miles from here and another tell me $350 for brakes and rotors. Talk about price gouging.

This is a review about a month later. I did oil change, filter change, wheel alignment and got new tires. The staff here know what they are doing and they give you great advice on how to upkeep you vehicle! They are nice and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me food and something to drink. Anyways, a month later the car is running smoothly, no issues even month after the service.

Engine Replacement - awesome job!! Our son moved to Southern Cal from Washington State and sadly the motor in his older Infinti blew up. went to paul s to get a full tune up and 4 tires. they never do you wrong. they are the only honest mechanics i know. i had a rock in my muffler and was prepared to pay a lot extra if it wasn t a rock but they let me v know it was minor and took that extra off my bill and took the rock out. what kind of mechanic is that honest? Dont go anywhere but Pauls!

After calling several other shops that turned me away for an alignment on my truck, Plus 1 performance told me to bring it on in. They quoted me a service time and they finished my truck in under-time. Not only were they fast, reasonable and efficient, but they even offered extra services that were needed, like trimming due to my new tires rubbing on my front bumper. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service and will be bringing my vehicles back for any future service needs.

This place may seem great and have many great reviews but my experience there was horrible they did a great job at first I was happy with the alignment job they did. But once I popped my hood to check it out I noticed damage that they didn t tell me about. When removing my alignment bolt they used a hammer and caused damage to my shock tower and NEVER told me about it. When I texted them the issue they never replied to me. Now the damage it s dented in on the top of my shock tower. Just upset that they never told me or offer to fix the issue they just ghosted me. Also they are very expensive so also another negative. I paid 300 bucks for an alignment so please go somewhere else. Learn from me lol.

I had a tire repair for slow leak, I saw a small nail in tire. When I picked it up they said no nail found but the tire valve stem was leaking and they replaced it. My tire still continued to lose air so I took it back on 5th day. They checked it and they found a NAIL that they said wasn t there before, unbelievable.. So I got charged again. I feel they are shady, unprofessional and untrustworthy. So with that being said I will never there again to be scammed. Scale 1-10 = -5.

3 times I ve used this business and each time I felt as if I was dealing with a honest group. The most recent time was this morning when they informed me that I in fact didn t need an oil change after 5,000 miles due to the type of oil utilized by them on the last oil change. Who does that? No one I ve ever dealt with in my almost seventy years on this planet. Highly recommend this shop. The review above was 6 months ago. I have subsequently had 2 more interactions that weren t anywhere near as positive. Charged $24.99 a QUART for Mobil 1 full synthetic that sells for $11.49 a quart at O Reilly s. Incredibly disappointed.

At a time when it seems you cant find an honest mechanic shop, I think I finally found one. I took my car into Plus 1 Performance Tire after experiencing a severe run-in with a pothole. I needed to replace the tire and they were the nearest authorized Michelin dealer. They replaced & balanced the tire (even gave me a small seniors discount from the original quoted price. I then took the car back to them to do an inspection. I showed up for the scheduled appointment, they were ready for me and immediately took the car in as scheduled, no wait. They corrected the steering & alignment damage, did a complete inspection of the undercarriage, provided me with detailed copies of the work done, as well some recommendations for future service (based on the age/mileage of the car). Theyre a full service shop and I will definitely be taking my car back to them for any future repairs or service. I highly recommend them. Thank you Paul, Joe, and all the crew at Plus 1.

Wanted 1100+ for a TIPM swap, I did it in 5 minutes for 325. Would have given more stars but they didnt even cover their bases the first time had to go twice. Was told an elaborate story about how my bulbs would intermittently make contact... Good for diagnosis and stuff you absolutely cant do at home I guess.

Ozzie helped me out and he was very professional and polite. I was having trouble with my tire pressure sensors and so they recalibrated the system. It didn t work at first so I brought it back the next day and they replaced the sensor batteries for me for free. Very cool of them. It s nice to trust a car shop to not gouge you on the price.

Plus 1in Highland was recommended by a friend. I came in to get my headlight repaired. The right one had just been replaced due to an accident. The left one seemed broken because it was so dim compared to the new one. I did not want to pay for a whole new fixture. Ozzie told me he could just clean that headlight and they would both shine like new. He had me in and out in no time. They were so attentive to my concerns. I will definitely come back.

I was very worried about the performance of my 2016 Hyundai until I went Plus 1. I didn t get the gentleman s name, but he was very helpful and patient with me when I explained my previous visit with another auto shop a few weeks prior . He went in depth on what were causing the noises in my car, which the other shop didn t do, and I was very happy when he gave a variety of maintenance options, the price breakdown and how it would affect the performance of my car moving forward. And whatever I wasn t sure about getting maintained that day he left a note of it on my invoice for me to reference in the future. Very nice auto shop 10/10.

Very nice to deal with, explains everything. Checked windshield wipers like I asked. They told me mine are good and dont need replacing. A lot of places would tell me they are bad so they can make a sale. They also found out, without me asking, why my wiper fluid was not working. I asked other mechanics about this in the past and they couldnt find anything wrong
