Total ripoff. Charged $400 Labor and over $125 for part to fix tire pressure monitor. Costco charges $65 for parts and labor to replace. 60k mile service, within weeks Battery failed leaving my wife stranded. Fluid level below add for Coolant and not reported or topped off. I have purchased 4 new Toyotas from this business. I like to support local but will be looking elsewhere in future.
My wife recently took our 2021 Corolla in for an oil change, they estimate it would only take an hour so instead of taking a rental or being dropped off, she waited while it was changed. Instead of it being 1 hour, the car wasn’t done for two hours. Add on top of that my wife was there with our 9 month old. Oil changes at any quick change place never take more than 30 min. Do not go here to get your oil changed unless you like to over pay and wait two hours for it.
Was notified by mail that i was eligible to get a 2nd key for my car. Stopped by the dealership today without an appointment and Mike Hathaway got me squared away in no time! Quick and profession service!
Today's scheduled appointment was the longest I have ever waited. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:30, won't do that again. Two hours for routine service, new wiper blades, 2 air filters, tire rotation. I was there for 2 hours.
Do not recomend for warranty service. Took my new car with extended warranty for work for the the same issue 4 separate times and they still didn't fix the issue. They just told me that their computer says their is no issues when plugged In despite the problem being very clearly present still.
I've purchased 5 vehicles here over the years and have always had them serviced at this location. Sometimes it may be hard for people to establish a trust with a service department or mechanic but Mike Cook has done a masterful job of establishing that trust from the beginning. He’s always been up front with costs, options, and any discounts that may apply. I am continually updated throughout the service process and my vehicles have always been completed in a timely manner. A dealership isn't always the cheapest option for basic things like oil changes, and many services are much cheaper at "Oil Changers" or Walmart Auto Service, but for anyone who buys extra coverage & maintenance plans they will do everything very well on here, and prices are USUALLY pretty reasonable on significant work. You may want to let smaller shops handle your new tires, or let them charge your AC, or things like that....but if your vehicle has a major issue they can & will fix it here. Definitely make an appointment, and ask them for a ride home in the shuttle while they fix your stuff....if not you could be sitting here a few hours. Water bottles & Coffee are available, which is nice. The bathrooms are clean. There's a store next door if you're hungry. When getting service I recommend Mike Cook or Mike Hathaway if they're working. I feel like they're pretty fair & won't bombard you with extras. I usually try to deal with them.

I ve gone to several Toyota dealer service centers for repair work, and the Hanford one is my favorite. The pricing is reasonable and the technicians do solid work. A few months back, my 11 year-old Tacoma needed a new rear diff and wheel bearings. The costs added up, and a few unexpected repairs were needed, but I never felt like I was being upsold. Service rep David Santos went to great lengths to soften the hit to my wallet, made sure I wasn t double billed labor for redundant disassembly/reassembly, and went above and beyond to make sure I stayed informed and involved in all the decision marking throughout the repair process. I highly recommend David, but I ve noticed all the service reps follow suit. Importantly, the repair technicians did a great job, and their workmanship has held up well. Between the repair quality, and the customer service, they re an excellent service shop. I will be using them for any major/minor repairs in the future.
Second time in for service, first time was not pleased due to debris left in car. This time also, dirt from shoes on freshly cleaned floor. Seems no care goes into total satisfaction. Probably not returning. Not any better as of 9-6-2022. Went in with a coupon that was sent from them for a $19.99 oil change. When I got there and presented my coupon the assistant service manager informed me that was for 5 quarts of oil. My truck takes 6, so 1 additional quart was to be $30 more. I then asked he was serious, the answer was yes. I decided I would proceed and speak with the manager after service. The final bill at checkout was over $35 total. Not enough to find the manager, but enough to let others know dont find out the hard way like I did. Probably not going back.
Collin is a incredible worker the customer service he provides is the best I ve ever experienced inside a car dealership. Collin has a work ethic that is incredibly noticeable and that can apply with how people will like to be greeted when coming into a service. I hope to see him achieve in his career.

Do not recommend for service. We brought our Tundra here last week to have a 40,000 mile check up and an alignment. They rotated the tires without checking the brake caliper clearance over the wheel weights and the weights were scraping on the calipers. Also, when I had the truck in a tire shop for new tires, they pointed out that my rear brakes were at 2mm (very low), and I checked and sure enough they were. Toyota service here claimed to have done a visual brake inspection. Not sure what their definition of visual brake inspection is but they obviously didn t do it for my truck. This doesn t even make sense because one would think they would want to have me pay to service my brakes. I m left thinking the only explanation is laziness or incompetence. Additionally, the truck developed a clunk in the front suspension after the alignment, and come to find out they did not properly torque the front right lower control arm and it was moving around under braking, steering, and over bumps causing a bad noise. Quality control obviously not a priority for their service department. Do not trust them with any future vehicle service.
They offer snacks and waters also a comfortable seating area with local tv channels while you wait for your car to be serviced or to be maintenanced on.
Car buying is a rigorous and lengthy process. Having said that , the staff at freeway Toyota are very professional, courteous, and most important transparent. The sales staff of Russell, Mark, and Jimmy in finance, work with you to be completely transparent and get you a great deal; along with showing the upmost respect. I highly recommend Comin here for your car buying experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a car here a few years back and I still am fighting to get my issues with it fixed. Unfortunately I didn t learn my lesson. I bought another car recently and these crooks took an EXTRA 500$ out of my account without authorization and when I went into the dealership to get my money back I did not get sufficient help. Run away. Not worth it.
Stay away from Russell Coyne and the GM Fred. Told them I would come to the Bay Area to purchase a car and had to drive 3 hours. They set up an appointment with me to complete all paperwork and I was ready to pull the trigger. They waited for me to drive 2 hours of the way and then texted me to say the car was sold. No phone call, no apology, just a Call Fred at 559 799... Fred hasnt returned my call yet to no surprise. This after having me fill in an application and running my credit. Also watch out for the mud flap and wheel locker fees that get added to your price which I asked them to remove, maybe they were able to convince someone else to pay for it and sold it to them. Theyll burn a relationship for a few hundred bucks so be aware.
My overall experience at Toyota was amazing. I went in super nervous to potentially drive off in my first car. Ruben made the experience much more comfortable and is very accommodating. He breaks everything down to you simply to and if you have any questions or concerns he is more than willing to answer them. Jimmy was also just as awesome and accommodating during the process. They make you feel more at ease. My family and I will definitely be back!

Totally disappointed! my new car didnt feel like a new car until I cleaned it myself, I still havent received my remote car keys so feels like I downgraded into a manual one, and its been nearly 3 weeks, also found paper work in my car that shows body work was done to my car but wasnt mentioned in my car fax! Im still waiting on the promises made to us almost 3 weeks ago!

I had the truck on hold before the truck was even at the dealership and had it on hold while it was on transit. I showed up for the date and time I was told and that would work for both of us and upon arrival they informed that the truck was sold and didn t even bother to call me to inform me that the truck was sold. If I could put 0 stars I would because they have the absolute worst service ever and I do not recommend going or trying to purchase a truck at this location!!! The person that was helping me was Gabby Lara. She is not professional and had absolutely the worst service!! Never again am I going back to that location and I recommend no one does either!! They probably didn t even have the truck they just tried to make drive an hour just to try and sell me something else!

This was my first time going in to a dealership, and even buying a car on my own. I was immediately greeted by Oscar Perez. He was so welcoming and sweet and after he asked me a few questions about what I wanted (which was very limited because I didn t even know what I wanted). Marcus Smalls then helped me with all the information I needed and he helped me find my car. Super sweet guy. I was handed to Jimmy then and even though I was nervous throughout the whole thing, Jimmy provided information and not once did he leave out any detail. I completely recommend going to this dealership, and if you truly want great costumer service, go to those three people! I m sure everyone else is great there as well.
if zero stars were an option, thats what they would get. I was forced into my 30k service when i rated a 25k service....over windshield wiper blades.... really...wiper blades. DO NOT. AND I REPEAT....DO NOT GO HERE.. BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FAR, FAR, FAR, FARRRRRRRR....BELOW ANY STANDARDS SET BY toyota. Worst case customer service i have ever had with a toyota dealership. Save yourself the trouble, and drive elsewhere.

Went in due to flashing tire light. They checked and aired the tires back up and I was on the way.
I understand that the product sells itself, but if I am going to be spending $50k plus for an item, I would expect the sales people would call me back with an answer to simple yes or no questions instead of me having to continually call. I finally took my business elsewhere even though they quoted a better price and according to the email I received, a good trade in offer.
High priced and the finance manager was not honest.
They didnt have any of the kind of car that we were looking to test drive.
2 Tire pressure indicator which cost me $624. It s another bad experience, will not ever ever going to come back to Toyota Freeway. Was given a quote of $465 but after almost another hour when I was paying about to swipe my card I saw $624. I was surprised, I felt I was robbed. I was never told it was gonna cost that much. I looked at the receipt, it indicated that I approved an additional cost of $145.... a huge lie!!! I never approved this additional cost. The last time they spoke to me, it will only cost $465. I asked for military discount or Toyota s promo discount but I was told I can t avail it because this was actually a bargain. Will never ever gonna come back.... thank you very much
I have asked repeadly for a call back and NO ONE from the finance department has contacted me in 3 weeks. I have called at minimum 2-3 times a week...... Otherwise theyve been amazing
