Premier Diesel fixed my fuel system air leak on an older pickup truck. In the process, a fuel leak developed in the engine compartment. They traced it to a defective component that they had used, and then they ordered a 2nd component, which was better, but still had a leak, and again defective. They kept at it until the issue was traced down and resolved. I can't ask for much better service than this.
Honest and Quality service. They are not the cheapest, but they give you the best value. I was overcharged once, and I was not aware until the owner noticed it weeks later. He gave me a call with an apology and paid me back right away. Good luck finding that kind of honesty anywhere else.
Terrible experience. Didn’t do what I asked. Installed a part that I didn’t need that my truck didn’t need and didn’t solve the problem my 97 f250. This is after multiple days and them reaching out to a 3rd party technician. If they would’ve checked the fuel bowl and fuel filter as I asked they would’ve found the actual problem. Instead I got stuck with a bull over $500 for $30 fix. When I spoke with the owner he said checking the fuel bowl/filter isn’t part of their protocol. Offered me no compensation even though they didn’t do what I requested multiple times. Terrible service and they don’t stand by their work.
I have a new diesel truck and had some concerns about some issues I’m running into with it. I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Ken who was very helpful and professional and fully addressed my concerns. After scheduling an appointment, I get a call a day later from the owner, who told me how to solve my problem without having to keep the appointment. Not only that but he told me that his company can basically assist me with any and all of my needs for this truck. I haven’t even been there and I felt strongly enough to write a review about how great the professionalism and kindness is from the staff there. This is the kind of service you do not find everyday. 10/10 would highly recommend for all your diesel needs.
I wasn't sure if they worked on pickup trucks, but after talking with them over the phone I found out that they do. They were very knowledgeable in explaining the possibilities of the potential work that may be needed. I decided to give these guys a try and so I dropped off my truck with them. They kept me up to date with the progress on my truck. My truck's egr cooler and oil cooler were replaced. Overall they seem like honest people I am very happy with their service.
These guys are great, bottom-line. I have been using Premier Diesel for about 2 years and have had everything done from simple service to major repairs and have always been completely satisfied with the explanation of the work needed and the finished work. Even though Ronnie, Owner, has multiple large fleet accounts and I am a one truck owner operator; I am taken care of as if I too had multiple trucks. Seriously, the team understands the need of keeping a truck running and the need to minimize down time. I would and do recommend the Premier Diesel team to anyone wants things done right! I have a 06 Duramax that was in need of bumper to bumper service and finding a decent, honest mechanic can be hard to do. Fortunately, I was recommended by a friend to Premier Diesel. My experience with Ronnie and his crew was amazing. He and the guys are friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service was top notch. I was kept in the loop, as the repairs were getting done with updates about what was good, bad and what was the best approach to get the job done right. When, I picked up my truck, I couldn't have been happier. The truck felt like new and I now have the confidence to tow my boat and bring my family along with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premier Diesel to anyone.
I'm speechless standing on the side of the freeway with my three gilrs.in a broke down truck that they repaired for us. $3k later and there work failed. We had the clutch replaced, they had to drop the drive line and didn't tighten the bolts back up to spec, so when we got on the freeway it fell out.. the tow truck drivers and another shop said the drive line was poorly put back in place. We will have it towed back to them tomorrow and we will see if they fix there mistake. We will continue this review or remove it depending on if they fix it and refund the money we had to spend to get home.
