Terrible experience. They charge over $650 a day just to hold your vehicle, which is outrageous. The staff is extremely rude, and when you finally show up, expect to wait over an hour just to deal with even more bad service. The man at the front office seriously needs an attitude check—he acts like he has some kind of authority, which is honestly laughable.

Honestly, I've never met a nicer person working at a tow yard than Jeremy. He was super friendly and helpful and made my day a whole lot more pleasant than I had anticipated. Thank you so much. 😉

They were kind and helped us through a bad situation

Seriously, the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They were not helpful. They hung up on me on the phone several times and I was just trying to get information. They lost the key to my car so when the tow people came to get it. There was massive confusion which caused the car to be there for extra days that they then tried to charge me for.then they sent that to the DMV as a lien on my vehicle. Never ever use this company.

Dave is the BEST! Unfortunately, my car seized on Hwy 101 North at Gilroy at 2:00 AM. The CHP arrived and called All Pro Towing. As soon as Dave arrived, he exhibited professionalism and his expertise was evident. Dave brought my car to a local mechanic before they opened, then we settled. To my surprise, after Dave's shift ended, he returned to check on me. Excellent customer service and care. Bonus, I was able to check out Dave's modified Miata! All Pro Towing is very lucky to have Dave representing this company. Thank to you Dave!

All Pro Towing rescued us! We were traveling with a travel trailer 2 kids and a dog and were stranded on the side of the road for several hours with a truck that overheated and an insurance company that was not answering our calls. We finally contacted All Pro after hours. Two tow trucks were dispatched within minutes of our call and since it was after hours, the owner, Jerry and one of his drivers came out to help. They were wonderful. It's nice to know there are still business that believe in customer service!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing service! And the lowest price I could find even in a jiffy. Jerry personally came out to fix my flat tire on the side of the freeway. It was my first time experiencing this and he reassured me. Very friendly, quick, and reasonably priced service. They even jumpstarted my car after they fixed my tire! I would HIGHLY recommend! Best service ever!!!! got stuck on the side of the road un the middle of the night with my entire family (3 young kids a dog and 2 adults) in the car including my dog. All the other tow truck companies in the area put me on hold for like 15 minutes. Bruce or whatever are called quoted me $95 a tow and $5 a mile after that and once they found out I had family in the car they put me on hold and never responded after that. Nobody helped me but All Pro answered the phone immediately and had our tire changed in an hour. I thought it was almost too good to be true and called the guy several times but he was very patient with me. I think his name was Dave. Thank you Dave u saved us!
