Bruce’s Tire & Auto Service is awesome! I highly recommend this shop!! After trying to take care of getting 4 brand new tires installed on my car from another shop down the street (their website said they’re open; but they weren’t and no one answered their phone) I made a last minute decision to go to Bruce’s Tire & Auto Service. So, of course I did not have an appointment, but Carlos was able to take me in and complete the services I needed. He also patiently helped me secure the financing (Snap Finance) for payment for the work. This took some time, but it all worked out in the end! Thank you Carlos and team for going above and beyond to service my car and providing excellent customer service! I will definitely return here when my car needs additional service.

As always, exceptional customer service. I’ve been coming to Bruce’s Tire &Auto service for 3+ years. Most times I’ve dropped off my vehicle for oil change and it’ll be ready in about 90min or less (weekdays). Perfectly fine with me to get work done at nearby coffee shop. Definitely recommend these guys!

I stopped in yesterday after adding air to my tires and seeing the tire light come on again immediately after. I was about to do a 6 hour drive and I figured I'd come here to see if they could patch whichever tire was leaking. I pulled up, was immediately given assistance (and the guys in the garage were listening to the Black Panther soundtrack, one of my absolute favorites of all time), and told my front left tire was basically destroyed. I was shown the issue (it was REALLY messed up), and my other tires were so worn down that I decided to replace them all. When I went in, the employee behind the counter told me which tires they had that would fit my car. One was a pricey option, the other was much more affordable. Because I'm a woman and I've had men try to upsell and deceive me with car services, I was expecting the employee would really push the $195 tires on me. However, he was fully transparent when I asked questions and didn't pressure me at ALL into spending 2.5x more. It was SO refreshing and a huge relief that I didn't need to pull out my phone to start researching. $400 is the best price I've ever paid for four brand new tires! I mean, I was bummed that I had to spend hundreds of dollars in general, but the tires 100% needed to be replaced. The service took less than an hour (from me driving there from a gas station to driving out of the lot), and it was an incredibly smooth, simple process. I am so grateful that I found this place because having car troubles when on a road trip REALLY SUCKS and can cause immense stress. Bruce's made it as painless as possible. Thank you!

Always get great service at a very fair price at Bruce's. I have been a customer for over 10 years - got tired of poorly trained people at Costco and other mega-stores who often damage your vehicle while providing service. We have never had any issues with Bruce's and the prices are very much equivalent.

Awesome service, low prices. I dropped my truck off for a brake service and had it back in 2 hours. The quote for the work was half of what the dealership up the road quoted me. I am a happy customer today and I plan to come to Bruce's for all of my services going forward!

Went on a trail run adventure at Mt. Madonna. On my way back to town my tire air pressure started to go down. Stopped at other tire shops with wait times of 4 hours. Went to Bruce’s. They were pretty busy, though fit me in to their schedule and patched my tire (had a razor blade stuck to it). Raul and the tire service crew were outstanding and provided great customer service.

Excellent service and overall good experience. Robert is always friendly, helpful and making honest recommendation to improve efficiency of my autos. Sergio the store manager is always on top of his game, managing, answering calls, printing, running around. The shop is clean and organized - the team takes pride in their work too. I like to bring my cars here when the coupons arrive at home. Coupons always seem to arrive at the perfect moment for oil changes. Lost my coupon card, Robert took care of me. Dang good service. Pleasantly surprised by the top customer service and attention to detail. Usually, I have reservations about mechanics and being overcharged. Robert and Sergio communicate well. The transparency is unheard of in auto repair. Honesty and mechanic typically do not go hand in hand. My cars are serviced here for oil changes. The best part is that the service includes overall review of the auto. The service team caught the misalignment of all four tires as well as the oil leak on the pan. Sergio explained the issued by educating me through images of the alignment system on a Mercedez Benz. I wanted these guys to do the alignment. However, they were honest and recommended another shop who have the correct equipment. Overall, I like visiting this shop for my service. Cheers.
