I called today September 18, 2024 regarding their tattered and torn flag out front. He clearly didn’t care . Told me it was still a flag .

Had the hose I needed. Walked inside an was pleasantly surprised at the amount of stuff inside. Super cool place. I'm going to have them strip down an rebuild my 5.0 with a cam soon. Heard alotnof good from this place.

Called to get an estimate for a few vehicles but the "gentleman" who answered the phone took it upon himself to hang up on me when I simply asked to speak to the owner. Or maybe it was because I told him my name was Juan? I don't work with customer service reps because they have to go to the owner half the time anyway so I thought speaking directly with the shop owner would help, but apparently asking for the owner cost the shop some money. Wanted to support local business but I guess I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Paul is awesome, had a $3.00 part in stock I could find no where else, had my machine up and running right away.

Definitely a odd ball but has and knows everything there is about his specialty parts and service! I recommend this shop to anyone and definitely will be reaching out once I need specified help. He's got it all!!!
