I came in to the GMC dealership in Gilroy and was greeted by Erik. From the beginning Erik was extremely helpful and very professional. I decided that day to leave and look around at other dealerships for a truck. Erik called me the next day and asked me to return. I went back the next day and Erik made my purchase happen. GREAT SALESPERSON - I HAVE USED BOB FOR SEVERAL PURCHASES AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND HE IS ALWAYS GREAT. THAT IS WHERE THE POSITIVE ENDS - THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD (KEEP IN MIND I BUY 3-4 NEW VEHICLES EVERY YEAR FOR MY BUSINESS) --> GMC SHOULD TAKE A HARD LOOK AT THIS DEALERSHIP - IT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE BRAND - BETWEEN THE SALES MANAGER AND THE FINANCE MANAGER, I WALKED OUT ONCE (AND SHOULD HAVE DRIVEN AWAY) - I EVEN SENT AN EMAIL TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE GILL GROUP WHO PROMISED ME THAT SHAWN GILL WOULD BE IN TOUCH TO DISCUSS THE EXPERIENCE - BEEN TWO WEEKS AND STILL NOTHING...... NEVER EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP.
I brought the car in to have two items fixed, a small dent and chipped paint. Both were fixed perfectly. Todd, the service manager, set it and took care of it. It required submitting a claim with photos, then waiting for them to approve and proceed. I am pleased with the work, can't tell there was ever any dent or chip. Todd did a great job!
The dealership had a great selection of vehicles. Inside was clean and inviting and the outside was well maintained. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We truly appreciated the conduct of Salesman Bob and his sales manager for providing my husband and I a pleasant experience purchasing a truck. We never felt pressured, instead we were given the respect to make our own decisions.
Todd in service was professional and accommodating. I told him that I was passing through the area on an RV trip and that I had a few days to get the repair completed. He was accommodating to my situation. Todd even made the phone calls and handled my non-GMC warranty. I was very happy with the overall interaction with this GMC dealership.
Bought a 2024 GMC Sierra. Go over there and talk to Mo. Mo's the man best car sales person I've ever dealt with, both him and Chay were very helpful and I got an awesome deal.. overall I'm very happy with my experience in this location. The best deal I could find.
I should have done my due diligence first before bringing my vehicle for service here. Other dealerships were charging $89 to $119 for oil change with tire rotation including. Martin ended up charging me $155 and no tire rotation included. I usually take my vehicles to Los Gatos, San Jose, Fremont, or Watsonville. As a first time customer Martin should have been more informative. I was actually considering purchasing the GMC Denali truck that they had showcased, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also wasn’t sure why they had Mexican flags all over the dealership and the Kia dealership across the street. This place didn’t look veteran owned at all.
