Chevron in Gilroy

DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!!!! My truck and the vehicle behind me in the car washed where very badly damaged . I met with the owner a Mister Paul Amaldosa Sagayaraj Henry (Yes that's his real name) and even with pictures of everything my truck her car the part that did the damage He refuses to work with me and file an insurance claim. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!!!!

I have a monthly pass for their car wash that is run down. The dryer doesn’t even dry your car leaves it wet and even the tire shine doesn’t work either. I am just wasting money!! The elderly woman worker inside is so rude!! I know we have good days or bad but rude all the time. It’s sad how customer service is not taken seriously anymore.

I decided to stop for 10 min to finish my lunch. Since I thought it could be a safe spot to stop. Parked by the vacuum machines. There were barely any cars using the car wash or waiting for me to move and I was told to leave 5 min in of me getting there. I would understand if there were many people there waiting on me but there wasn't and why the man working there had to rudely asked me to leave. He even signaled something to the person inside the gas station like if I was doing something completely wrong. I stop at this gas station at least once a week to pump gas not sure what the problem was. I guess Chevron is not promoting a safe place to stop at. see below pictures of how empty it was.

The price of fuel was competitive and the window washing supplies well stocked. The inside was dirty and grimy and the cashier had his mask casually placed below his nose. The bathroom required a key, so I had to interact with the cashier. That said, the bathroom was surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the space. Acceptable for a quick fueling stop.

1st time here, so I didnt know you had to pay inside for car wash and gas at once, so i didn't get my gas discounted. Even though I explained that I just got the car wash a couple seconds ago. Not to mention the most expensive car wash is exactly the same as the cheap one, don't waste your money like I did. What's the point of having 2 guys at the entrance of the car wash if they dont talk or clean your car? Just another basic expensive Chevron gas station and a weird car wash.

Honest prices and quality service and gasoline. Clean and traveler friendly environment. The obese female employee at the Arco gas station across the street was telling customers they could not use Arco's restrooms and referring people to use the restroom at this Chevron

Fuel might be more expensive, but they have the best express car wash in town. I'm picky when it comes to express car washes. I took a star away because they should offer more of a fuel discount for car washes. At the Cheveron in Morgan Hill, when you fill a big tank (like a 35 gallon Yukon XL 2500) you basically get a free basic car wash with the discount. Not the same at this location BUT it is a quality car wash, approved for newer cars (won't leave fine scratches).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Paid for the most expensive wash. The guy literally didn't do anything but press the button to start the wash. I complained politely. I was met with harassment by all staff. No refund was given. I tried contacting owner. Met with bad attitude. So I eventually filed a complaint with the franchise. Staff is terrible.
