Could not have had a worse experience. Transmission blown at 91k miles and the dealer tells me it’s because I didn’t perform service that isn’t called out in the service schedule. Wouldn’t contact the factory to try to address. 2021 Armada is poorly engineered and this dealer is simply awful.
Dylan has great customer service skills and the service department makes warranty/non-warranty repairs hassle free.
