Mr. Pancho is a very nice man, unfortunately he hires men that know nothing about mechanics. I had my four brakes and drums installed, a used motor installed and new tires installed. They did not torque the bolts to the wheel drums, or put a drop of loc tik to prevent them from vibrating off, I was driving down the freeway, my car started shaking, I called Pancho's shop the lady told me to have it checked out, when the near by tire shop took off the tires the bolts fell off, I ended up taking it to a break shop who torqued the bolts for me. I had a used motor installed, when driving it home it over heated and left me stranded, the hired mechanic put water without antifreeze, so the water evaporated, Pancho tried to tell me it was because I did not change the spark plugs and wires, they where the ones that bought and put the motor in and said nothing, it was their responsibility to put those things in correctly and they still over looked the air and filter tubs that they forgot to clamp down causing my car to run ruff and waste gas. Also, they forgot to tighten the transmission bolt and use loc tic to prevent the bolt from vibrating off, it came off during me driving on the road way, that's not all, when I checked my oil, the oil stick was broken and taped back on. Pancho recommend I put new tires and had used tires put on that cost the same as new tires, I asked him to refund the tire but he charged me $20 extra for exchanging them, but did not make since to have two 2017 tires with two 2024 tires. The worst part was my nephew drove this car with the transmission bolt falling off, unaware, on the freeway, he and myself could have been killed and other people on the road. I no longer recommend anyone to put their family or friends safety in the hands of any mechanics or shop owner that does not check the work of their hires just to save a few bucks, but you do not save when your charged and spend time and gas to have to take it back several times for their mistakes, that can hurt someone. I walked in to pick up my car and there was seven men under one hood. Pancho, please take all that money you payout to seven men, for one educated machanic. Please share this information with your loved ones.

I took my 2006 Honda Accord to Ponchos because I had issues with my AC. After relying on Google Reviews, I found that this shop had the only review with working on AC's. So I took my car there. Although prices were reasonable, and after 4 different trips back to Ponchos. My AC still does not work. First it was the compressor, then actuators, then after the fourth time of picking up the car, it was not charged. I've been charging the system myself all summer because I cannot afford to take it to another shop. I get hot air on the driver side and cold air on the passenger side and sometimes it's hot air on both sides. I work hard for my money, and was not planning on making a charitable donation to some auto shop. I advise choosing another shop to avoid the nightmare I'm going through now. This whole experience has led me to really hate my car. You've been warned.

I been going to Pancho for many years with my cars and now my kids are grown, they only trust Pancho and his mechanics with their cars. He has always been fair and reasonable. He has the best office staff. Thank you Mr. Pancho .

Pancho was a very knowledgeable guy and helped me out alot , I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He finished my vehicle very quick and his prices are very reasonable. I called other auto shops in gilroy and they wouldn't even do a quote for me , Pancho had me in and out with no problems.

Pancho does good work at a fair price. His shop is always busy and parking can be tricky. He's been in business for a very long time. They are open 6 days a week. They are open m - sat.

My Mercedes Sprinter would not shift into highway gear and it had a check engine light and several other lights illuminated .The battery was dead and the shifter was stuck in park . I had it towed to Pancho's with the drive line unhooked. Pancho got it all going for an amazing price. At first I was skeptical because everyone was saying that the Mercedes has to be serviced at a Mercedes or Sprinter specially repair center. After reading some reviews and thinking about it I decided that Pancho must be a good mechanic and I thought a good mechanic can find the problem with my van and fix it.

Over the past few years I've had major engine work done ( engine replacement) and smaller jobs on a handful of cars. Every time it's a pleasant experience dealing with Pancho and his staff. He is willing to take a look at a car to do a quick diagnosis, and does work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and his team for auto repair!

This place is phenomenal. The owner, Francisco came and picked our car and us up when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere on a Friday evening. There were no other shops or towing companies were even answering their phones! He even got us to a nearby hotel. He was our hero and is just a wonderful person to be around.
