The Dealership took care of the problem, they honored their commitment to service, and I am pleased. Todd, the service manager, did a good job of keeping me informed, and I felt he was doing his best to make sure my car was fixed properly. I do think the repair time was too lengthy, 6 weeks is a long time, and there were times I expected a phone call and didn't get it, but in the end, I am pleased, the Dealership stood behind their word and fixed the problem, thank you.

This post goes to Gilroy GMC and Buick as they are the same owners. Lower level service is fine. Management is awful. Good luck calling and trying to get anything resolved at any level higher than your service desk. I ordered a roof rack in June this year and paid for installation and setup a date for installation and oil change. The Buick dealership was empty and no one was there due to the change in management. The only reason I found out is because one gentlemen was there doing inventory and informed me of the situation and gave me my roof rack for my vehicle. I had to go to GMC to get my oil change and they were going to charge me again for roof rack installation. I discussed the issue with management and they said they would be in contact. It is not the end of September and I am still trying to get in contact with anyone that has authority that can refund me for services not provided.

I went to Gilroy GMC on Thursday afternoon after having a horrible experience at another dealership. I met up with Erik in sales and Mark the Sales Manager. They helped me get the truck I was looking for. These guys were upfront, honest and spent hours with me answering my questions. I have bought a ton of cars over the years and I can honestly say this was the best experience at any dealer I’ve ever had. Even the owner of the dealership spent some time speaking with me. They didn’t try any tactics and put zero pressure on me. This is the way buying a car should be. I couldn’t be happier with the truck and with the experience I had. Go see Erik and Mark! Car buying is hard enough but these guys make it feel easy. Thank you guys for all your help!! When you make it personal you make it powerful and this team checks all the boxes. I’ve found MY dealership and my “car guys”! Definitely will never buy from anyone but Erik and Mark.

I could not be more upset with this dealership. I got my front brake pads replaced and needed the dashboard brake pad sensor reset which wasn’t completed at the time of service.l arrived at the service center to ask the gentleman behind the counter if a service tech could come out and quickly reset the sensor. He said the best he could do was after August 15 which happened to be 17 days from the date of my arrival. As the phone was ringing off the hook, he says he is absolutely slammed and doesn’t even have time to answer the phone. This is a clear reflection of understaffing and the complete lack of care about their customers. This happened to be the third or fourth bad experience I’ve had at this dealership in the past few years. Needless to say, I will never return to the Gilroy GMC dealership. What a joke!
