They are professional and are willing to work with customers closely to get the problems fixed. My car just had a series of nasty electrical issues. They patiently diagnosed the vehicle and communicated with me fairly well to solve the problems. So far it is the only shop I have been to that can really make progress fixing stuffs. Update: Although I appreciate their workmanship, it turns out that my cars's problem is originated from wrong fuel injectors installed by them. All problems and the waste of time and money is simply because of six wrong injectors. The mistake led me to a rabbit hole and replaced various fine genuine parts, which is impossible to get nowadays. I lost almost $3000 and almost destroyed the motor.

I've had bad experiences before in the past with auto shops to where I felt uncomfortable going back. After meeting with Jeremy Sr. and Jr. (owners), I was incredibly relieved to have found them. They didn't make me feel as if I'm wasting their time with my repair requests. They actually took the time to listen to all my concerns and didn't try to rush me out the door. I even would show up unannounced whenever my car was showing concerning signs, and they repaired it right then and there with no charge! The owner is very warm, professional, amd prompt. My car showed an indication of low tire pressure during a trip. I found this place after finding several disappointing places. I wait for just 5 minutes before I got serviced. The tires are quickly checked and found no problem but the monitoring system. They helped me reset it and we are safe to reach our destination. Thank you!

we got the engine light check on and car lost power while heading to socal, pulled over and called around. Jeremy was the only place out of three called accepted to help us, even though they are full. they quickly found and fixed the issue (due to faulty spark plugs) and while waiting they took us to nearly mall to relaxed and even offered to picked us up when they were done. amazing group of people and top notch service.

A family business that treats you like family! I recently brought our tow vehicle in for service to replace a compression clutch that was failing. It was a Friday before we were going camping, and they were able to accommodate us. Unfortunately, the new part failed during our return trip damaging the fan, radiator, belts, hoses, and filters. It stranded us about 100 miles from home - on a Sunday! So how on earth is this a 5-star review? Read on... When we called them to let them know what happened, not only did they come pick us up that night, they also towed our travel trailer back and helped put it in storage. Then they expedited the process to get the replacement parts and address the collateral damage. Within a couple of days, we had our Land Cruiser back and running better than ever. Their commitment to service excellence, fair and honest practices, as well as going above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met has made us loyal customers for life.
