O'Reilly Auto Parts in Gilroy

Waited in line for about 10-15 mins none of the employees acknowledged me just walked right past while I was waiting to checkout. Although one employee was about to ring me up but turned around and walked to the back with no response saying "be right with you" at all. I walked out and went to AutoZone was done in less than 5 mins.

I always go to O'Reilly's for my auto parts. They always give me the correct part I need and usually have it on hand.

Don't believe them if they tell you we guarantee your part to be here by 4:30. If it is not there they do nothing about the guarantee.

Do not use O’Reillys 100% Chinese parts, and on failure of these parts i.e. DOA their manager will not compensate you for any other associated goods for the install of that part If you look at the serpentine belt I bought from O’Reillys and you hold it up next to a Napa belt. It’s 1/2 the thickness what junk parts these people are selling. They screwed me on a master cylinder that was DOA and was so cheap. They would not give me the 3 quart of brake fluid that is required to reinstall another master cylinder. They take no value for your time they will not call you back. They will just take your money. Give you a Chinese part and you’re on your own, good luck with that attitude you have permanently lost this client
