Global Auto Glass in Gilroy

He did a very through job trying to stop the chip in my windshield and thus far has prevented it from spreading!

Felix did a great job. Had my back window busted on my ford ranger. He had the window ordered and installed the same day. Even vacuumed up the glass in the cab for me!

Feeling vaguely ripped off, but I called in on 4:50 on a Friday and my car's windshield was fixed before 12 on Saturday. So it's hard to argue with the service.

My boyfriend call and spoke with Felix and asked him about a repair on a sunroof. I was relieved to hear that he could order the glass and job would be done in two days. He just needed $100 deposite to order it. No problem. He called as soon as the glass arrived so I ma de the tip to Gilroy. Turns out my sunroof was an aftermarket Sunroof and he had ordered a stock Honda glass. How was I supposed to know it was an aftermarket sunroof? So he tells me he can't return the glass keeps my $100 and didn't even offer any kind of solution for me to repair my problem.Super unprofessional. Really you can't return an unused glass? I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If I could I would give No stars!

The guy scratched my truck in multiple places while taking the old glass out and did a bad job of touch up paint on it. I wish he would have left it at bare metal so I could fix it myself, I could have done better. At least he told me about it before I found out myself. On top of that the window leaked water when it was supposed to rain for the next 3 days. It was unfortunate I had to bring it back a second time. All and all they made it better and fixed the leak but I also found a dent/ scratch down to bare metal on the hood like he was using the hood of my truck as a table. I am very unhappy with the work that was done for the price.

Felix is awesome! I needed a quick repair for my passenger side mirror, and literally within hours, Felix gave me two options and had the whole job quoted done and installed just around lunchtime. Will definitely be calling him again if I find myself in need of help. Thanks again, Felix!!

Felix got the windshield I needed in quickly and makes the customer a priority. Good price, great service, I will use him for any glass needs in the future.

I am very impressed at the speed of Global Glass (Felix) was able to get my windshield in and replaced. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday morning I had My new windshield in. Highly recommended
