I received great service and my car was well taken care of. Communication was clear and concise and I appreciate the professionalism.
Great service, super friendly and professional staff. I would definitely bring my car back to this location. A++++
Stayed in contact with me about updates and completion of my vehicle. Very satisfied and I recommend these guys!!
I dropped my car off here and first impression staff was very patient and nice people, explained everything to me so i would understand the process from start to finish. I was constantly kept on the loop of how my vehicle was doing while in repairs. It was ready in an efficient and timely matter. overall very satisfied with the results of my vehicle almost looks like i never got into an accident!
I am really pleased with the customer service that Peter and his team gave they text messaged and phone called for communication. They kept me updated each step of the way! They did a great job on making my car look just like it did before it was vandalized and stolen.
Had to take my 2023 Honda Accord in for repair and my experience was nothing short of ideal from start to finishing process. I selected this repair shop due to their reviews on google and I can honestly say very well worth the choice. Peter was extremely professional and communicated well during the entire process of my repair, from updating me on progress on stated dates and even let me know any additional things that were discovered that might delay the completion date. Upon picking up my vehicle I was treated with the best level of customer service. I know dropping off a car for repair can be a bit nerve wracking, but I would recommend this repair shop to anyone if asked. Well done team Caliber Collision!
I left my car at this store because my insurance company found it qualified to repair my vehicle, it took about 15 days for them to receive my car because they did not have space available, there they already had delays, after this, they informed us that our vehicle It would be there for five days, it was just changing a lid and aligning the trunk lid and finally they changed the rear lights because whoever was repairing the car broke them, they changed the lid that they should have changed but they did not align the trunk lid that was affected by the Shock, they delivered the car to us 15 days later and they had a delay of 5 days because they forgot to deliver it, we called to complain and that day they told us to come and receive it, apparently the repair was fine, we asked for an explanation for it It was delayed but they said they were going to call us and probably compensate us for this, but it didn't happen. Two months later they have not helped us align the trunk lid either, we are still waiting for the supposed call from the manager to make the appointment.
(Updated review below) Found a broken upper tail light and scratched trunk door upon vehicle pick-up; was not damaged when dropped off. Vehicle was inducted for front bumper/headlight damage. Pre-inspections were completed. I was notified that vehicle was ready for pick-up at the end-of-shift, which is normally fine, but did not leave time to resolve issue. The manager denied fault without consulting mechanics and maintenance workers that worked on the vehicle. Just simply stated that it was not their fault. I had no choice, but to take my vehicle since all the workers were headed home and manager was unwilling to resolve issue. Working with my military insurance now to see if anything can be done. If insurance is a dead end, I do not know what to do except to just repair it myself.... UPDATE 07/17/2023: Caliber collision called me back and spoke to my insurance representative. They are working on ordering parts and setting up my vehicle for repair. Will update again once repairs are started. UPDATE 08/22/2023: Caliber Collision received parts required for repair. Vehicle dropped off at Caliber Collision on this day to start repairs.
