Caliber Collision in Gilroy

What a breath of fresh air working with Caliber Collision. The intake person was attentive and willing to listen to my needs as a customer. It's easy to become desensitized in your job, but it was wonderful to have someone hear me out. In situations, as an accident, not expected, it's nice to have someone show they care about you and your vehicle.

Great customer service, the young lady in the reception office always had an answer to my questions. Everyone was super friendly and efficient in getting the work done on my car. Thank you!

They left my card looking like new! Fabian and Mike were professional, informative, and friendly. Turn around time was super fast, in fact, my vehicle was done a week and a half before the original date. Hope to never have to see them again (LOL)... But if I did, I know, I'd be well taken care of. Great place to do business!

Took my truck to caliber for a fender bender and was impressed with the overall experience. I was kept well informed throughout the process and even got my car a little early. I’m going to be coming here for now on.

As a costumer of caliber for more than fives years, and multiple cars, I am disappointed to say that this place is not what it used to be. If you bring your car here expect to be bringing it back for additional repairs. On multiple occasions I’ve had to bring my car back due to unfinished or faulty work. I’ve spoken to the manger Drew, and it has been nothing but circles between me, the insurance, and caliber. I’ve never had these types of issues with any other body shop other than this one. As you guys can see in the photos this is how my car was returned to me after a front end collision with missing and damaged parts. It was very hard and much of a hassle to get them to take care of it. I would not recommend anyone coming to this shop for any type of work.

From the very start, when I brought my vehicle in to be repaired from being hit in the rear, to picking my vehicle up, they were great keeping me informed, doing the repairs, and when I picked it up, it looked great on the outside and it had been cleaned on the inside.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision . The professional and friendly . They keep you updated regularly with the process of your vehicle. They were very thorough and the detail of my repairs and when it was all finished, they did a walk-through with me. Let me know my warranty and that if I had any issues, they would answer those questions and address them and I can bring my vehicle back. They took very good care of my mother , she wears hearing aids and they made sure that she understood completely and that she was satisfied with the repairs and how her van looked before she drove off. I was very impressed !

I had about as good of an experience as you could get from a body repair shop. Customer service was 10/10, the repair came out perfect, and it was done extremely fast. And the detail guy did an outstanding job too! Thanks Caliber Collision!!
