Everybody here is cool. I shied away from this spot before because of the area, but they were so convenient that I took a chance, I was glad I did. Saved me a ton of time. The service was great and super quick. They know what they're doing and seemed to work as a great team of friends. And they accepted my coupon so I was happy. I'm fairly sure I'll go back.
One of the staff members seemed cool they told me about a discount that I could get online, BUT the rest were very weird and standoffish they were even slow to guide me in and out of the bay and I didn’t realize I appreciated that people do elsewhere until they didn’t do it here.
Everyone there was very polite and helpful. I had no wait for an oil change at noon on a Wednesday
2 young brothers are the best. But the old as manager is rude as hell and he be trying to add extra change to his pocket! Been going there for years!

I just want to say thank you to the guys that were working today at 1:30pm 8/4. Sometimes it is hard being a person not educated in mechanics of a car. I don’t know what I do and don’t need and can easily be talked into doing unnecessary work and be out of money. Most often places I go to, push for me to do the most amount of things. I feel pressured or concerned if I am making the right decision. Today I drive up, asked if they could take an oil change, they said pull up, he told me the cost I even asked “that’s all” 😳🙌🏼 they quickly did the oil change, he gave me the final price and it turned out to be cheaper. He didn’t push me to do a bunch of extra stuff and make me feel like my car was going to break down the moment I drove off if I didn’t spend another couple hundred. They were so nice and asked me if I had any questions. I feel very safe coming here and getting advice on what maintained should be done and having them take care of it. I will be back!
It's about time I show this place some love. I have been coming for Oil Changes here for 3 years; same great crew. The fellas are always attentive and give recommendations without twisting your arm. The complimentary vacuuming and window cleaning is superb. Prices are fair and the service is always on-point and speedy. Shout out to Jose & Jeovanny for the continued excellent service.

Make sure you tell them what oil you want as soon as you pull in they ll put synthetic and charge you $20 labor fee on top of the oil change fee must be a franchise manager seems like a shady guy. Jiffy lube on 190th and Crenshaw has better service more professional
Excellent service and friendly staff. One employee cleaned my windows and made my truck look a whole lot better. I dont know if he was trying to tell me something, but I washed the truck later.

I didnt get Serviced because staff couldnt even walk up to my Car to welcome me and give me an estimated time on service... I sat in my car 15 min and drove away... I suggest they learn how to navigate customers who arrive... made me feel like they were low on awareness and that meant... could they be competent enough to provide excellent service?

Tried to give me the incorrect oil for my truck because they were out of the weight I needed.I went and bought my own. Then the guy didnt know that 4 gallons of oil equals 12 quarts.
Excellent courteous service provided in a jiffy. Even cleaned windows and checked air pressure in the tires.
Very quick and didn t have to get out of my car. The oil looked very watery though. They also charged me for 4 quarts of Mobil but but like 2 quarts of another oil in it.
Went to get my oil change about a month ago and now my car in the shop.... I was just told it had 2 quarts over the limit... smh

I called the store to ask how long is a wait for oil change, some guy told me theres no wait and I can come in now. I got to the store within 15 mins and a employee said that I had to wait 40-45 mins because the rest of the guys went out to lunch. I just wasted my time driving here and wasted my gas!!! Had I known there werent going to be any employees to manage my car I couldve gone somewhere else!! So disappointing!!

They dont Answer their phone and when they do, the prices are to higher my mother in Law quit going there most expensive for oil change even over the independent auto shops.

Jiffy lube in Lomita Ca... They gave me a price quote of almost 570.00 to do my front and rear brake pads on my dodge durango!!!! The guy thinks I am stupid!!! I called Long Beach Jiffy Lube and they said they can do front and rear pads for270.00 including Everything...labor and parts!!! Never going to Lomita again!!!!

This the only place I feel confident changing my oil. People there are very attentive, respectful, and explain everything they are doing. They let me see the process and showed me a brand new filter every time they change it, comparing with the other places I have gone. I highly recommend this place. They are fast and efficient.

I was charged $46.26 for an oil change. I asked them to please reset check oil and tire pressure lights and was told just to drive the vehicle and they would turn off by themselves. They didnt! When I went back was told they couldnt do it right away and come back in 30 minutes. Like I have the time to overcompensate for their employees poor training.

I loved this place! They did the job very fast and with professionalism. Employees are very polite and friendly, also, the most I liked of it was the nice sitting/waiting area they have. There are magazines that you can look at it while waiting. I didnt have to wait and left the place fast!!! Customer service is wonderful!!!!

Pulled in and was greeted by a very rude unprofessional young man with bushy curly hair dirty uniform. Him and his coworker thought it was funny that I pulled up too far. So I was asked what service did I need I replied oil change and breaks checked not knowing that location did not do breaks. The bushy head guy told me to go to Crenshaw/190th they would help me at this location and give me a discount when I asked was he sure he then informed me to leave and go find out for myself, he then walked in front of my vehicle using his hands to motion telling me to leave actually verbally telling me to leave go get out move my truck I couldnt believe it. So I asked him for the managers name he told me he was the manager then I asked who is over hom he said Jose I ask for Jose last name he told me to look it up on the website I ask for corporates number he told me to look it up on the website so I have video of him being very and waving me away. Him and his partner started speaking Spanish then laughing. So fortunately I was able to go to another location and was very pleased with the service.

Very poor customer service extremely messy the mechanics are dirty and filthy.
Team could be a little more pleasant. They quoted me $35 for reg oil change for my Ford Explorer Sport today 2/18/19 and when I got there they said it s $47 for REGULAR OIL! I mentioned the original quote and they adjusted it. Whatever they advertise they need to stick to. And there was almost a mishap when pulling into the designated area, I was inches away from driving into the pit because of poor signal instructions from Crew. Then they laughed and blamed me. Please re train crew on customer service and have them pull the vehicle in IF they are going to get an attiude which could have resulted in my vehicle being RUINED!
