My father and I came to purchase four new Tie Rod ends for my 1993 Chevy Silverado and Rolando and Gio went above and beyond to not only help us find the right parts, but also help us put the new pieces together. The old tie rod was filled with so much dirt and grime, but they literally rolled their sleeves up, put on gloves and got down and dirty to help. This was my first time at an O'Reilly, as I usually go to another auto parts shop near my house, but because of their superb service I will definitely be returning to this location again!

Someone there lied to me about a starter being in stock so I had to get another Uber to a different store that thankfully did have it. Minor inconvenience but come on my guy you capped 🧢 about walking to (stock check) the back and made me waste a ride.

Usually have what I need. It's funny because they seem smaller than Autozones and are less cramped. Autozone seems to never restock all brands of air filters and windshield wipers.
The staff at O'Reilly's is almost always on top of things, with very few exceptions. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and when they do encourage an upgraded part, they explain the real key differences and advantages.
I came here for rotor resurfacing and was impressed by Chris’ customer service from start to finish. He got started right away after confirming my widths were within spec. He also listened when I pointed out a slight flaw in the first rotor resurface, made the adjustment in the machine, confirmed the results on the other rotor, and then perfected the one with an issue. I couldn’t ask for a better experience getting this work done especially on a tight schedule. Thanks Chris and to the O’Reilly staff that assisted. If you need this type of work done, just call and ask for Chris’ schedule as he is the sole operator required to do the job.
