I went on, Sunday April 13, and Everardo was super helpful! I went to get my battery tested and bought a new one and he was walking me through everything and answering all my questions! He even let me know that my alternator was bad as well and gave me some options on who I could go to!! Super helpful and attentive :)

I went in with a dead battery that had been purchased at another Auto Zone 20 months ago it was still under the 24 month warranty. Everardo and the very friendly and nice security guard took care of me in a kind and concerned way. They switched my old battery and replaced it with a new one. Never been happier with the customer service provided by Everardo at the Redondo Beach Blvd location in Gardena.
Person had a dry Disposition. It was very noticeable. He probably Was having a bad day. But when you’re dealing with customers, you have to put the bad days to the side until you get off work.
It is my fault for not checking I received the correct item for my car, BUT I expected staff to be knowledgeable on the products for my vehicle. I walked in and asked staff to give me spark plugs, air filter, and a cabin air filter for my car. They checked on their computer and gave me what I asked for. I then attempt to use the products but they were the wrong spark plus and wrong air filter. Yes, it's my fault for relying on expert staff to give me the correct product. What i thought was going to be a quick work turned out to be 2 days of work since now I have to return the items and get the correct ones. I'll just go to O'Reilly next time.
