Exceptional customer service at this location! Came in yesterday to replace my battery and Sean was very helpful and patient with changing the battery. Answering our questions effectively, he went above and beyond to help us. (To management: give this man some overtime because he needs it!)

Sean here is Excellent! He went above and beyond for me providing Superb Customer Service. Sean is a model employee at Autozone and I hope this company appreciates him as much as I do.

Man don’t come by here after 7pm, they have people that take 15min to go get small items and take another 8min to just sign you out for a buy here pick up. Straight trash, and you got other red shirts looking like dummies watching the slower worker struggle. The grey shirt alone was straight basura, homeboy sees the slow workers struggling as well and offers no help while the main line stacks up. Horrible store, only thing they have going for them is the size which helps supply a big demand but damn their service rate must be crap.

Stay away from this AutoZone I bought a refurbished battery put it in my car and it did not work told the guy to come out and check it set it was a bad battery bring it in and he will exchange it I brought it in the young man was no longer there I never left the store I was in the parking lot I brought the battery in and they tried to tell me that that wasn't their battery that they don't have 2023 batteries show them the receipt everything on the receipt is showing them that that's the battery I bought from the store they said it was not and would not exchange it I called corporate office they said they looked at the camera and they said they can't do anything about it period so I'm out 80 bucks I couldn't believe that this happened right there in the parking lot unbelievable also terrible customer service from corporate office they were just rude said they would call back and they never called back. I would suggest you take your service to O'Reilly's. This store on 190th ripped me off for 80 bucks.

I was a bit upset due to the store in Carson st ordering a part from the warehouse. They didn’t place the in store pick up instead they did a delivery order. The other store was rude and the people just on their phones and messing around. So , I get to the warehouse and a young lady Marisol helped me out and took care of me quickly. She apologized for the confusion and the delay due to her having to locate my parts. She also helped me install my light bulb and advice to switch my wipers. I thank her so much for taking the time in checking my car for any extra fluids and lights I might need.

It’s the main hub store. Apparently it’s the only store that has parts needed for all my cars. I am a mobile mechanic. Every single time I come to this store it’s a 30 wait to pay for parts. Poorly managed store. I a not to complaint. It’s very unfortunate You get 1 start. Because there is no option to give you zero

Needed an exhaust bolt, lady said it’s in the back. She went to the back for 15 minutes or more to get the bolt. I walked around the whole store, browsing, twice,… and looked at the chemical cleaners For a long time…. Finally, I got back to the line and re-inquired. This lady said she may have been pulled Away because she’s the manager! So the 2nd lady went back and got the part in two minutes! I believe the(Manager) Left me hanging for like 20 minutes because she was on her cell phone in the back. That’s what I believe. It was 7:30 in the morning, and the other workers were up front. Great manager!

Jose Helped us to replace our car battery. During the battery install, the bolt screws tore in half. He ensured our battery was secured by installing new nuts and bolts out of the store’s expense. He scrubbed and cleaned the terminals before he installed the new battery. he also gave us additional information on why Autozone should be our number location for new batteries.
