I brought my car to Pacific Auto Body and it was an experience I'll never forget! The customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond. They even reset the computer in my car after they fixed my headlight which I never expected. I am soooo happy!!

I had an amazing experience going here for a large dent in my car, paint match was exact, and I haven’t had this good of customer service experience since living in Texas. These are genuine people running it, with good prices and excellent work. Highly recommend, especially coming from someone who just moved here, it’s hard to find a place like this. They also held my car while I was on vacation to do the work, and continuously kept me in the loop.

I came to Pacific Autobody with a HORRIBLE front end of my car due to a crash. The front end was all smashed it and it wasn’t in drivable condition. Now having taken it to Pacific Autobody the car looks brand new for it being a 2000 Toyota 4Runner. I even had them do some special stuff like a custom bumper and mount so lights in it and they killed it! I am so thankful for Donnie and his team and the work they did on my car! If you ever need to get work done on your car I strongly recommend going to Pacific Autobody!!

If I could put more than 5 stars i would with the service I was provided. Went for a back panel repair on my car and they make it better than new. Definitely one of the best Auto body shop's there is and would highly recommend on going even for a estimate

The employees here have plenty of employee parking yet choose to take up numerous parking spaces on Western. The mobile home park next door needs These parking spaces as we have limited parking The employees are rude and selfish. The work done here is excellent

Donnie and his crew worked on my bumper damaged 2022 Corvette C8 and did an excellent job! Perfect match of the metallic paint color from the fiberglass bumper to the rest of the metal portion of the car, completely unnoticeable transition. Superb job and I would recommend this place without reservation. Also, got a complimentary exterior detail. Overall, super competitive price, professional, and an immaculate job done in a timely fashion.
