I dropped my vehicle off at the Whittier location about 10 weeks ago, it was brought here for some reason. Every time I call i basically get the run around saying next week. I never anticipated it would take over 10 weeks to replace 2 bumpers, had I known I would have taken my vehicle to somewhere that was actually equipped to perform the repairs in a timely matter. I called and let Angie know I was not happy with their services and she hung up on me. Save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing significant body work done on my brand new Tesla X Plaid. The situation that I’m going through with my car is very stressful, but let me say the mountains Jason climbs to make sure this process goes as smooth as possible for me is amazing! He has done and is doing everything he can to help me out! He communicates with me and makes sure that I’m in the loop of every part of the process! 10/10 customer service!

Had the best experience with this body shop, Jason was super attentive with everything. The repairs for my vehicle were done at reasonable timing, every time I had a question Jason was always there to keep me informed of what was going on and always providing me with updates. They made sure I had a smooth repair process which was great, I would definitely recommend ACG to get your vehicle repaired they take care of you here and the service is amazing!

I was rear ended and the back of my car got really dented. My dealership connected me with Jason Covarrubias from Auto Collision Group Gardena and he took really good care of me and my car. I had never gone through something like this, but Jason was kind enough to guide me through the process. He did a better job than my insurance company. My mom was with me, and as a very Mexican mother she had MANY questions, but Jason was kind, patient, and knowledgeable when answering each of them in SPANISH (great bilingual skills!!). He also made sure we got refreshments while waiting for the intake of my car, and helped arrange my rental car pick up. Jason made this stressful process much easier to navigate!!! Overall, I am happy I took my car here. They not only did a great job with the car, but the communication throughout was excellent. Joaquin Moreno kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I knew when my insurance talked with them. When I picked up my car I realized they had also washed and cleaned it, which I did not expect them to do. I definitely recommend this shop!
