This review is well over due. This shop is the best. I Have taken 2 of my trucks here a black suburban and my black armada. Transmission work was great with warranty. The communications and professionalism gives it more then 5 stars. Special thanks to Joel who help my mom today with her jeep compass. He is very patient and kind. This shop is worth every penny. Quality work.

Took my Prius into the shop for diagnostic and Joel was helpful and informative. He explained the problem with my car in detail and the shop was able to repair it at a decent price. Will definitely come back again.

Recently my truck rear main seal went out. Not an easy job and dont have the time nor space to do it myself. Went down here and took care of wifes truck. I was in and out same day. Cant get service like that anywhere. I definitely recommend highly to take your car here. Thanks a million guys.

The mechanics performed maintenance and repair work on my 2006 BMW Z4 during February 2024 at a reasonable cost and they were very professional with good customer service and honest workers. They are experts in their work and very thorough and organized. Service was very reliable with the work they did and I trust them with my car. I m glad I took my car to them.

I was quoted for a $400 repair and wasnt explained to that the van wasnt running and needed an extra $2,000 to get it back on the road. After walking over there to pick it up he explained $400 was only for diagnostic and he wasnt sure if he could even find the part. After a week trying to get the money he had my van towed from there. They wanted $400 plus $2,000 and werent sure if they could even find the part. Scam shop

My BMWs bumper was damaged and needed to be repaired and painted. I shopped around, both on Yelp and Google, then went to several body shops for estimates. About a week - and numerous estimates later, A- One Body Shop beat the other shops warranty by 2 years and they gave me the second best price (the best price was 50 bucks less but their paint warranty was only for 1 year and the place looked janky). Trust me when I tell you, look all you want, this is the best place youre going to find. Ruben, the owner (and Hector, the repair guy) are super cool. The shop is modern. This place is legit.

This is the first place Ive ever been to that recommended a service but can not give you adequate feedback on what was done to your vehicle.

The name say it all. I came back in town to my driver mirror broken on my car. I found this shop on google on a Thursday, went and got a quote, paid for the new mirror and was able to have it installed on Friday like brand new. Ruben and Ash was very fast in repairing my mirror within 24 hours of my quote. Another plus, they was able to order factory parts and color match the original factory paint. I highly recommend this location plus I will be back to have another car fixed. They do body work and maintenance. .

After experiencing a massive oil leak from a bad oil change, the check engine light came up on my BMW 320i. Andy and the team at A-One Auto were able to help solve the issue very quickly and at a fair price. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very transparent about the work that was done on the car. Overall I am happy and will only go to A-One Auto for all my future services!

If I can give a negative star I would. This auto shop charged me $125.00 for a diagnostic check even though I gave my business to them. He did the diagnosis and I agreed to have him repair my car. About a week later, my car is having the same issue he said he fixed. I brought the car to him again and he wanted to charge me another $125.00 for the diagnostic..I refused. He did the diagnostic at no charge this time and he told me my engine is going bad and that it would cost me $5600 to have the engine replaced. I drive a 2011. Heres what I gathered: 1. Dishonesty practices 2. Price gouging 3. Poor time management 4. Poor communication Stay away..!!

Took a while to find problem and parts and labor very expensive! Autozone parts were extremely less expensive at 193.00 for throttle body assy and 81.00 for Egr valve if bought,so the remaining 1200.00 was Way to much for this job and very unhappy about it

They charge to diagnose and do not apply the $105 to your bill. We took our vehicle here for a leak and when we picked it up, it still was leaking. They quoted us hundreds more to fix the leak but we declined. We found a reputable shop through AAA that fixed the leak for a fraction of the estimate.

Body shop owned by a Korean... I knew that if you didnt know much about cars, you would get ripped off, but... get a quote from Hanta, compare quotes here, and then make your choice..^^

I brought my 04 f350 to this place because it had good reviews. They do not live up to there reviews. They had my truck for a week and didnt touch it while i was on vacation. The manager went on vacation same time i did but didnt communicate with anyone what work needed to be done on it. I came back from vacation. Had to rent a truck to go back to work as they let it sit for another couple days and finally they fixed it in a day. I came to pickup the truck up and after looking over some parts i noticed there was a part missing, another one loose and another part not on properly. Another day goes by....Bottom line they had my truck 2.5 weeks. 3 of those days actually worked on it. I had to pay full price and for the rental truck for all those days. Would never reccomend this place.

No experience with the actual work they do, but the guy who answered the phone had an ill manner of addressing things. Sounded like he has trouble communicating effectively in english too, I had to repeat myself slowly a few times. Based off that, it could be a deal breaker for some people but for myself I would like every interaction and process with a business to be pleasant.
