Dude was unprofessional was told a price over the phone for a specific service once my car was done He did charged that amount, but he didn’t do what he said he was gonna do over the phone just a reminder make sure you record anything over the phone with this guy he seems to be forgetful

The service was outstanding! They also did an excellent job.

This used to be my favorite transmission shop but today I found out they quit working on transmissions that are not in the vehicle. Super inconvenient if your into building projects like I am. I'm sure they still build good transmissions but most of my projects can't be driven to their shop for the removal and replacement. I asked for recommendations for shops that still do it and he just told me to call around.

Roger and his team helped fix my Hyundai Elantra. They quoted me a price and stayed true to it. I was given a 2 week turn around time and it was ready within one week! The entire process was smooth and easy. My car is now running like it was before and Payless Transmission was really the way to go. I had some extra concerns about 3 weeks after my initial repair and Roger was kind enough to take a second look at it with his diagnostic machine, everything was running smoothly and my concerns were taken care of. Thank you Payless Transmission and Clutch! You really helped make this experience a whole lot less stressful.

Roger replaced our 2017 Yukon transmission right before the Christmas Holiday 2022 and it's been running perfectly ever since. The dealer had a MUCH higher estimate and told me 60-90 days to get the parts, schedule the work, complete the job, etc... Not to mention the cost I would incur to rent a car all of that time, ridiculous. Roger had the transmission IN STOCK (the dealer did not have the transmission in stock.. why not?) and gave me an estimate of 1 week to complete the work. Two days later he called and the work was done! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. I highly recommend Payless!

So far so good, just made an appointment for Monday and the price is reasonable and I was sold on the 2 year warranty that comes with it. Let's me know they stand behind their work. Will be back to finish my review after the work is done! UPDATE 3/23/2023 Just got it back a day and a half early from the time estimate I was given! They also cleaned the throttle body and changed my air filter and it idles better now, and free of charge for that service! Highly recommend this shop and glad I did my research on transmission shops and found this place. Will be coming back soon for our other trucks transmission!

It’s a 5x2 rating Rodger and his crew did a fantastic job. Knowledge that can’t be taught in school. Quality parts service and workmanship.

Called to ask about service on my 2011 tundra and the guys just said we don't service those and just hung up on me while I was still talking.
