My second visit today and they are really the best in Fresno. Fast service and and friendly workers that seem to go the extra mile for people when most other places don’t. Get your oil changed in and out I highly recommend.

Once broken, trust is not easily restored. On 22 November 2024, I tried The Oil Guys. I based my decision on a number of factors: these reviews, a fair price, and the convenient location. They changed the oil on my 2017 Lexus ES350 quickly and for the quoted price. Clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Everything trending toward an easy five-star review. Then, they tried the bait-and-switch dirty-oil-filter trick. Please see the attached photos: The dirty filter is the one they showed me. The almost new filter is the one in that was already my Lexus. Buyer beware, for these guys are immoral, opportunistic thieves. They will shake your hand right after trying -- but in my case, unfortunately, failing -- to steal from you. I get no joy in penning this review. I love people. I've lived in 15 states, soon to be 16. This is such a great country filled with innumerable outstanding subcultures, people, and businesses. But truth trumps discomfort: The Oil Guys, sadly, are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Normally, we have a real good experience with this location. However, today we experienced car troubles on a newer car that had no previous issues. The car stalled, shut down, did not want to turn on and when it finally did the motor was making a weird noise/was shaking. Oil and engine indicators turned on. It’s unfortunate that this happened on a Saturday night because we could not take the car back and this place is closed on Sunday. I called and left a message. We will probably have to call a mechanic but if not, I hope the Oilguys can assist. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Update: A mechanic took a look at our car and said that indeed one of the codes was related to having a change of oil. Even though this establishment had told us otherwise. Once again, hopefully this situation, inconvenience, and cost does not happen to anyone else.

These guys will get you in and out with your oil change. Fast, easy and super friendly. They even do visual checks on your lights, turn signals, wash your windshield for you and will even fill up air in your tires. No hassling or hagging. Straight forward and great service! 5 stars!

By far the best experience I've ever had for an oil change. I've been coming here for years and they have added a few touches. Cleaning the windows, airing the tires and not trying to make you buy anything else. They are so fast. My oil change was ten minutes and I waited maybe less than that. So professional and efficient. Highly recommended. My father sends me here because he doesn't trust anyone else with his daughter. Great for women who don't know how to open the hood.
