We called to schedule an appointment for our winter maintenance/checkup. To make the appointment it was very easy and the customer service was great. Corey was the technician that was sent out the day of our service. He was absolutely amazing!!! He called prior to showing up to let us know when he would arrived and he was on time. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and his customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond answering all our questions and explaining anything we didn't understand and made sure we truly understood and i didnt feel rushed at all!! I really appreciate the time and patience he gave us. He is a representation of the company and Donald P. Dick should be proud! There price was so reasonable and cheaper than other companies have have had come out or have researched. I will be scheduling my spring maintenance/checkup with Corey. Donald P. Dick heating and cooling are wonderful to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Roy again and he not only is knowledgeable but very personable. I love this company so much. Not only did they install our solar panels ( which have saved us $$$$$$ every year) but we have a service contract with them as well. The value for the service provided is incredible. We know our home air and heat is well maintained by the quality of the techs they send. Meng spent time in our home making sure everything was in tip top shape. He was professional and was able to trouble shoot some minor issues. He was friendly and explained everything to me so I could understand how to get top performance from my system. I have heard from neighbors about some companies that try to inflate charges by replacing things that are not broken. Not Donald P Dick. They are old school service and integrity. They serviced our A/C for several years but never cleaned out our condensation drain. It backed up and caused a lot of water damage.
Very professional. They took their time on our six month maintenance and discovered a problem that could be handled now rather than failing this summer. They also made sure our warranty paid for the parts.

I have nothing but good things to say, I was told that Niha, the Technician, would be here between 8 am and 1 pm he was here a little after 8 am and was very professional, tested and service the system, explained things, washed out the system, changed the filter and readied the air conditioner I am grateful for their now retired representative, Rick Hamilton & his wife Liz who recommended Donald P Dick air conditioning when Rick was still working for them

Jesse came out to service my heaters. After two other companies trying to sell me replacement units and/or duct work that I didn t need, it was EXTREMELY refreshing to talk to a professional that wanted the best for his customer. And I didn t need to replace anything except the filters. If I could, I d give Donald P Dick Company 10 stars!

We were having trouble with our furnace. Sometimes we d have heat and sometimes we wouldn t. The service person identified the issue and fixed the problem. He was efficient and helpful.

Two techs Manuel B. and Meng C. responded to our request for repair of no heat situation. Emailed service request made Sunday techs arrived 8:45 AM Monday. Blower motor replaced under warranty. Both techs were pleasant & efficient. Extremely pleased with D.P.D.s service. Positive

We have a child with a medical condition that is exacerbated by heat so living in the central valley have some challenges and reliable airconditioning in our home is important. My husband enrolled with Donald P Dick s super saver program for servicing of our HVAC to make sure our system is in top shape. We have had some minor issues with our system this past year. DPD is very responsive,they come out fast, usually the next day. Technicians are kind, professional and knowlegeable and take the time to explain the problem. Thankful for them. Their availability and expertise takes away our anxiety about the airconditioning.

The technicians are very knowledgeable. I live in Shaver Lake so when I have a problem with my furnace it s important they can get up here quickly. I wouldn t ever use any other company to service my furnace. They are reputable and you can trust them.
They maintain our AC & heating units on our roof. We have an annual service contract. Our serviceman was Gilbert. He called us as scheduled and said he d be at our home in 15 or 20 minutes. He arrived on time and did his thing. Their service has always been thorough and completed in a timely manner.

The technician showed up ahead of schedule and was professional and did the repair work quickly. Ended up just being a bad capacitor and only costed about $150 foot everything.
Waited a week to get service which Is fine, I was given a window between 3 and 5, I wrote down immediately after hanging up the phone, gets called at 11 am the day of the appointment that the technician will be there and they try changing the window to between 12 and 5 saying the technician cannot come back at 3 and they will have to cancel the appointment, now my wife has to leave work and miss out on more money, absolutely terrible dispatch and technician time management

Superb! Our AC unit stopped blowing cold air yesterday. Dick s maintenance tech arrived this afternoon. Diagnosed the problem which happen to be a capacitor. Replaced it with a new capacitor. Cold air is back! Thanks for prompt and thorough work

Bee came earlier than the time originally given to us. Diagnosed our problem and gave us an estimate and when the parts would be in to fix our air conditioner. I felt it a fair price. We have been customers for 20 years and have always been pleased with the work they have done.
Have been a satisfied customer of this company for many years. They do bi-annual routine maintenance on my unit to make sure its in good working order. Recently AC stopped cooling, just blowing hot air. Not good since we are in the middle of a long heat wave. Id like to give a thumbs up to Meng, the service tech, who diagnosed the problem quickly & replaced the part (a capacitor) which totally fixed the issue.
