I called and made an appointment with Sako for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. Once I went in, he told me he wants to diagnosis the vehicle for my ABS light since I informed him it was turning off and on. After a few hours he told me to go pick up my car and he would tell me what's wrong. Once I made it in person he charged me $125 for the diagnosis and told me it could be my actuator. I told him I would most preferable prefer since he diagnosis it I would want him to fix it. He told me his diagnosis isn't 100% and even after charging me $125. He said he can change the part after parts and labor and quoted me around the ball park of $650 to $1000 depending on part. He told me his work isn't guarantee and said of the lights comes on again he would have to diagnose the vehicle again for $125 to fix what else may come up. His guy is a sly cheater, I don't recommend this shop and take it to a actual brake shop he does have the right tools. His tools are out dated and said it was because my vehicle is out dated.
Right away fixed my breaks cheaper than the dealership BUT I get at 2yr warranty....yes, 2yrs. I've gotten work done & in short time was unable to bring back to fix their errors.
So first let me tell you.... I'm very very picky about who touches our vehicle because my father has always worked on my vehicle. So I needed a new mechanic shop I was looking reading reviews came across this shop I needed new brakes. This mechanic shop is the best. The owner sako and his employee I met are honest and very respectful. As a female I was kind of intimidated to walk in by myself at first but there is no need, they are so respectful, you do not get any kind of looks, any kind of comments. I felt safe. I can't stress enough this is a great shop. Not to mention how well they worked on my vehicle, I was in and out same day. The prices are actually way better than any other place I have called to get quotes or have gone to. And his warranties no one else can beat them. I do not know why he doesn't have a 5.0 and I don't understand how people say he talks mean or disrespectful, no way you just probably didn't hear what you wanted to hear. In my opinion we will be back here every time our vehicle needs anything. As a matter of fact I'll be back next week for my other shock repair. Thank you for being such an honest, respectful shop.
These guys have helped me out tremendously, from a 1995 Honda to a 2013 Nissan. Sako and the guys have been very kind to me and my family. These guys were determined to find a solution to my problems and got my vehicles, and myself, back on the road safely. Thank you, Brake Shop!
First class /shop was immaculate and Sarkis a top notch guy. Very honest no B.S. Called at 8 am told me bring it in @8:45 did front brake job was home at 10:30 am. Absolutely fantastic experience!!! (CUSTOMER FOR LIFE) 👍

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with these guys. Sako took me in as a first time customer and I will definitely be coming back as needed in the future. Honest service. Other places told me I needed new rotors and brakes. When Brake Shop inspected the car he advised my rotors were still good and all I needed was brake pads. This saved me $300.00.

I got a flat tire while driving on the street and I pulled up to this place nearby. Even though they dont do anything with flat tire situations, one of the guys helped me change my tire after I asked them (in know I should learn how to do it myself..). He took his time and he changed my tire. I offered to give him money but he told me no. I wish I got his name but he gave me excellent service. Thank you & May God bless him

I called last night and they made me an appointment for first thing this morning. Owner was super friendly and gave me a price estimate over the phone. Their service was super efficient and fairly priced. I got my brakes and rotors fixed and was in and out of the shop! Definitely will be coming back!

I made an appointment after speaking with someone. They took the time to listen to what was going on with my car, explored various options for solving my problem, and in the end, gave me the best deal for my car, did a great job, and in the estimated amount of time. I waited in their waiting area and they made sure I was comfortable and turned the heater on for me. I highly recommend this shop.

*-*-* HONEST SHOP *-*-* A friend recommended Brake Shop more than 10 years ago. I bring all my friends and family to them now. Dont let the name mislead you, they do a whole lot more than brakes. Honest, fair, guaranteed work, and on a couple of occasions less than what I was quoted. These people really know what theyre doing. I thought I had a rear wheel bearing problem but they discovered it was a front wheel bearing! Friendly, fast, accurate, fair priced service. Trust these guys with your repairs, youll never regret it.
After visiting several other shops in was very apparent that this shop had the people with the expertise to perform the tasks I needed. Other shops had very little knowledge of the tasks or what I was expecting or needed. Being a Certified Mechanic, I know when someone is trying to BS me. Sako is a fair minded, intelligent and a knowledgeable mechanic, who I felt comfortable that could successfully do what was required to get my truck in tip top shape. Sarko is the best! He is super friendly with genuine concern for his customer. He has integrity and never steers me to get unnecessary repairs like some mechanics do. He has done some quick minor repairs and wouldnt charge me.
Friendly , professional and attentive and its done RIGHT, stop wasting money elsewhere they do it right and SAKO knows cars . They do general repairs , Honest and not expensive, hard to find shops like this.
Love love love new brakes. They did a great job and your owner was super nice. Usually shops try and get you to add on services but not this place. He let me know upfront what the most i would be paying and when i picked it up (btw the car was ready BEFORE i was) he described what he fixed and what else he would recommend to get serviced at a later date. No pressure to a return appointment, no mechanic language, just EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED FOR THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED. ( ABOUT $100 cheaper than other places I called) we WILL be using this place from now on has would recommend it to anyone
Brought my car in here and they had my breaks & rotors done in 30 mins tops really fast & Midas ovrcharged me for my breaks this place was 2x lesser to have done here and they work great thank god for this place no add on extra charges, no BS just the first quote he gives you and thats it even filled up my cars coolant and oil when they saw it was low. I highly reccomend this place !
If youre looking for an all-purpose mechanic who actually tells you the truth and does what he says, this is your place. Great mechanics, service, and a very fair price. After getting hurt by several shops around town, including the biggest con artists in Fresno over at Electric Labs, I finally found an honest shop. Do yourself a favor if your in need, and give them a call.
