I went for a part under warranty and and it wasn’t on the system so my options is to come back the next day or buy a new part

Good service from all the guys. But a special shout out to the older guy (manager) that saved me 20 bucks. He corrected my mistake. I was going to buy something I didn't need.

I believe Dennis with motorcycle is the Manager. Been going here for years. He was the biggest jerk today. Went in with a battery with acid leak. He was saying to his associate it's not warranty if it test good. He then looks at it and says it helps if you take to the shop you bought it at. Absolutely jerk attitude. Think he could have handled this and kept a customer. It's out of warranty and I purchased a high end battery from AutoZone across the street. This is the last time I use Oreillys for the non stop purchased I always make.

The employee here that helped my wife with her headlights is awesome! It was raining hard and he stuck it out, and installed her headlights for no charge. Great service!

Was coming the past 3 yr. Bought a $300 battery 2 month ago just to say im a paying customer. But this past few month there service has been negative. They don't want to accept recycling oil at 6pm stating it late. They change their mind though. Won't warranty saying I don't have receipt. When I do have a receipt he wasn't wanting to listen or communicate. Just order online OEM parts online that last long so I won't have to deal with these guys. It's not busy when I go in there. I guess that how they keep it empty by refusing serive. If u are having a bad day it's going g to be worst if u chose to come here
