Came in here with a terminal that was loose on my battery Lester was such a big help, He truly went out of his way to help me and guided me on purchasing the correct part. He was a very big help today. I’m very thankful for his help. Definitely recommend this O’Reilly!
If this rating could get any lower, rest assure I use the lower rating. Terrible customer service, namely from the so call “store manager”. Wanted to return a part I had purchased the day before so I went into this store to do so; however, the part I purchased and ended up not needing, was $72 dollars, but since it was about 9:30 in the morning, the manager claimed there was no cash available and asked to return by noon. I came back to the store at 11:50 AM only to have that very same “manager” tell me, that the part was used which it was not. It had a bit of dust from me since I was working on my car and my gloves had some dust. All he had to do was to blow a bit of air on this peace and the piece would have been cleaned. But he refused to do it, so I went ahead and did it myself and you could easily tell the part was new, reference photos below. But still this so call leade just told me, “you must take it back to the original store to be returned”. He had a terrible attitude, very unfriendly and disrespectful, perhaps he does not like Hispanics, not sure but I sure thought about that since I was respectful and polite to him. This person should be removed from that position as it only poisons the other employees. I will never again visit an O’Reilly Auto Parts Store so long as there are other store chains that respect their customers; furthermore, I will make sure I share my experience with my family and friends so they can think twice before going to this company’s stores.
Great staff they are all so polite and very knowledgeable on their products.. and a plus to shopping there is that you will meet Stephanie, whom is flame game hot as it gets! But I Dmitry and keep it professional, but If I ever see her elsewhere I'm gonna be trynna flirt and show her what this redwave do! I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts during this hot summer to change my headlights. The assistant manager, Stephany, was incredibly helpful and installed the headlights for me. Her assistance was greatly appreciated, especially in the heat. Stephany is amazing, and I’m thankful for all her help!
I usually go to this place anywhere I live either in the bay or Fresno, they have everything an automobile needs to keep it in better maintenance. This time, I changed the wipers and George helped me put it on very quickly. Amazing service and great huge inventory that contains almost every auto part you're looking for: highly recommend it and took some photos to show what I mean.
They didn't have what I needed or should I say what I wanted. With that said tho Elijah help me out as if I was buying one of everything that they had in stocks & he was making a big commission off the sale. Even though they didn't have what I went in for, not only did he offer to order it for me but he hit me with a list of near by stores that have what it is I'm looking for and the number of ssid product in sock at the stores that are on the list that he provided to Mr. So thank you again Elijah for going above and beyond where most would have blew me off you did your job and more. This is why I go to this store to spend the money I work hard for because he's working hard for his. Thanks again brother.
