O'Reilly Auto Parts in Fresno

Twice bought wipers and requested an install. Both times Intimidating attitude from same short female employee. Wished I had gotten her name to make others aware.

Knowledge people working there, friendly, good prices and when I order parts, they are there on time like they said!

So lately everytime I go auto zone pretty much it's busy. That's good for them not so much for me. I am.attemded to and questions are answered but not like in a chill conversation way, it's like yes and u can bring it back if not...so I've tried O'Reily's and while not good for them this one is for me. They are very helpful because obviously not as busy. So it's a pleasant experience. Honestly if I'm ever feeling lonely or need to just vent or if i haven't spoken to another human in some time....I'm going to try them plus, being that i don't just go to one, i could definitely confess or be honest and if they judge me who cares...it's not like they can decide what happens.....but the police can so use judgement people don't confess to something that can get u in trouble but i hardly think that any of O'Reily's workers are sworn to secrecy unless u feel u need too then go for it.... So if u want more than just ur alternator or coils or just oil and u could use the opinion of another person on anything or want to just share.... O'Reilly's is the place....they price match and they charge batteries pretty much auto zone they do it as well.....but i enjoy the overall experience....u may not ...which is the case for pretty much everything I've reviewed....

We ordered our parts online and they were available for pickup very quickly. The guy try to upsell us more stuff we didn't need but I guess that's his job. All in all the place was clean and we got what we needed.

Typically we go to Auto Zone for help and parts. However, this time we decided O'Reilly is much closer. We needed a new battery for our car and employee Kou was extremely helpful. In what felt like just 10 minutes, Kou helped us diagnose a battery problem, find us decent prices, and switch out the battery. He was even kind enough to just chat with us while he worked.

I've been coming here for the past 10 years. I've known Ernie on a business level for years before he became management. He's the best. If you want spectacular service, hit him up. Kevin has been there as well and always a pleasure to do business with. Their new representative James has the brains of a mechanic. He will set you straight with whatever tool is needed for the job. Autozone is closer but it can't beat customer service. These guys deserve my praise 👏 🙌 🙏 ❤

This O'Reilly's has the nicest and most Polite and Helpful employee's out of all that I have used. I go out of my way to use this store. Carlos is so Awesome and has gone out of his way twice now to make sure I am taken care of. Thanks for having Awesome employee's like Carlos. I vote to give him a Raise.

I have been passing up all the other auto stores in my area purposely and going to O'Reilly because I feel they are the best! I go to the one in my community which is located on Ashlan and Blythe store #3536. I have never had a bad experience there until last night. I have been going there for the past 12 years. I have a life time warranty on the brake pads. I follow the warranty procedures and how things are done. I was told last night by the acting manager because they don't have an official store manager at this time, very unprofessional. Gheng is great helps me all the time, but expressed to me that he can not exchange my brake pads because I refunded them. I have never done that and that upset me because he was calling me a liar. I have never done that, someone at that store did that, and that is not the way to treat a customer in the community. I would suggest not going there they don't care for ones in there community. I hope the district manager Jose takes this post seriously.
