Receiving department closes at 3 PM, yet their quick unloading process ensures smooth operations for truck drivers. Despite the limited hours, they provide efficient service that facilitates easy in and out access for deliveries.

Needed replacement wipers for my car, and it took me all of 10 minutes to find an employee, pick out the correct size/style, pay, and receive an offer of help to pur them on. Very nice people, professional, and knew their information. I've been to this store several times, and their customer service has been consistent and top notch.
I am a committed Napa Auto consumer. I generally shop at the Napa Auto Parts on Blackstone Blvd South of Shaw. Occasionally I will run out to the Napa on E. Clinton if the Blackstone Store is out of stock of something I need immediately and can't wait the two to four hours it might take for a store transfer. Both of these locations have people who actually know and understand their inventory. It's more of a "old school" environment where customer service still seems to exist and where not only are the products a good quality for the dollars spent but where I have alway received excellent service. These are my "go to" guys when I need more that just part swapping.....
I got here 10:30 am for delivery wait for dock to back. got back up at 1130 . He went to lunch 11:25 and came back 12:55 supposed to be 1 hrs lunch and then start unloading at 1:00 and took about 1 hr ..driver never pick up loads for them.. this is my first and last time..
