I went in needing help finding a horn fuse for my car and was tremendously helped by Gabriel J. And Gabriel C. Both were so helpful and knowledgeable. They took their time to help and really went out of their way. They were both so nice I highly recommend this location and them both. Thank you both again!

My sons car died, I tried to jump start, but it wouldn't work. I called last minute, almost 10 pm, closing. I was 1 mile away. They stayed open until I got there. They could have said that they were closed but they saved the night. I would recommend this location. That's customer service, 100%

Excellent employee Gabriel - I went in just to get my battery tested for free to see if it needed to be replaced. It was tested good but needed to be charged. Gabriel an employee who was clearly busy helping customers kindly offered to take out my battery for me so I could have it charged. As I was explaining to him how I have been having so much trouble with my car & that I was having to jump it just to get it to start he looked at it & in seconds he told me that there was nothing wrong with my battery it was just installed incorrectly! What started off as a simple battery test turned into fixing my whole car problem completely. I couldn’t be more thankful for his exceptional customer service!

Jennifer has the worst attitude of any retail worker I have ever seen. Very expensive parts, will not price match Amazon. Switched to getting parts from Amazon and O Reilly, better service and prices!

The Sales Manager Juan A. helped me by changing my headlight bulbs without hesitation and I even told him it would be a bit difficult since I have an older model car and he came out looked at it, grabbed his tools and changed them. We need more people like Juan. Who love their job and go above and beyond. Thank you again.

Today I got my battery replaced by Gabriel and Jorge, both a tremendous help. It was not an easy installation as my car required a special type of battery. And a special installation. They were both extremely professional and Gabriel did an amazing job at troubleshooting the main issue and got my battery on very sturdy and in perfect working condition.
