I recently had my windshield replaced, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! The team was incredibly efficient, completing the job in no time at all without compromising on quality. They accepted tap pay, which made the payment process super convenient and hassle-free. What really stood out, though, was their customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Great experience with EZ auto glass and Edgar he went above and beyond. I had incident driving to Fresno got struck with peace of metal that penetrated the windshield. Called multiple auto glass shop most said they were to busy or no available time.. He made time for knowing this was emergency and couldn’t drive around with windshield having hole gaved me good price and install very quick getting me back on the road. Highly recommended Edgar service.

After waking up to a busted back window near Fresno State, my husband called around to find someone that could replace our rear window quickly before our drive to San Francisco. Edgar was available and said he could do it in one hour! We showed up, he got started, and then he was finished! Very quick turnaround, very friendly very efficient very sweet… And he vacuumed all of the glass out of the car. Waking up to a broken window in a foul mood… Edgar sure turned the day around! So thankful he could do that for us so quickly and efficiently!

Edgar was great. I called at 1pm to have the regulator replaced on my car. He said to come on in and after taking a look he had it fixed and he had us out of there in less than an hour. He save me a lot of time and I was very happy with the price. The waiting room was nice also and I got to watch part of Shrek 😀. I would recommend for any window needs.

Our experience was terrible. I paid upfront for 3 of our family vehicles that were vandalized. I paid a total of $1,465 for replacement of windows for all vehicles. They lack professionalism, courtesy and communication skills. After the first vehicle was fixed they kept lagging on fixing the remaining two cars and stated they would show up at a certain time and didn't show; nor did they call and communicate. So what should have taken a day or two now was taking several days, while I'm in need of my car (and missing work). I canceled my order and to date I have yet to receive $790 refund!!!. They are crooks!!! . Do not go to their business!!!!!

Excellent experience!!! In and out within an hour, clean waiting area, and the staff had good work ethic! Super clean waiting room, offered me a cold water on a hot day, very friendly and polite, Best price in town right off the bat, he knew exactly what he was doing he is a professional window installer, I would recommend you look into all of your vehicles getting worked on for window repair at the shop. I was so happy with his work and his prices I’m going to bring another vehicle to him tomorrow.
